Hallways and the rooms are quite dark and there is no AC and no air circulation in rooms. The junior suite is designed with a big sofa in the middle that obstructs walking. Terrible idea. A big tv on a tv stand that gets in the way. I then switched to a delux room that was much better. Also Friday and sat night was difficult to sleep with loud techno music playing somewhere nearby.

Our stay at The Six was absolutely lovely. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our visit. The room was fantastic — the beds were super comfortable, and the whole space felt warm and welcoming. Housekeeping came by daily. The location is perfect. We stayed for a weekend city break, and having the Galleria right next door made shopping and dining so convenient. Although we didn’t dine at the hotel, the food looked amazing. We did enjoy the bar, and the cocktails were excellent. Once again, the staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

After a long Trans-Atlantic flight, the last thing you want is to figure out the complicated light switches in a hotel room ( Junior Suite). The ones by the entrance door were not working at all. If they cannot offer room tours to customers in a 300+ rooms hotel, they should at least post a list with brief instructions on the wall. Even the hotel employee who came over to " help" was not sure how to operate the 20 light switches and modes. It was a bad start in an otherwise ok hotel. Breakfast was really nice and the bed was comfortable. High quality bed sheets. The amenities were excellent, but some employees were not so hospitable.

It’s lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant attached, although the ventilation in the rooms could do with a thoroughly deep clean/blowout and check as we all came away with sore throats and colds as the amount of dust was noticeable whenever the various spotlights were on, so we tried to spend as little time in the rooms as possible.

I didn't take the breakfast. I liked the lunch edit but the Dining Room area and how you order is very unclear. I was wandering around and around with no one offering to help me until I asked, and no one at the podiums. It's chatoic and frustrating when your exhausted from travel or a long day of meetings. When I had a sit down lunch, the maitre d forgot my bill and was having to run around all over. Otherwise I enjoyed the hotel.
