Et veldig bra hotell med veldig serviceinnstilt personale. Rom med grei plass og flott bad. Artig med at det er dvd-spiller og filmer på rommet, selv om den fungerte dårlig på rommet vårt.

I feel quite fortunate to have booked our stay at Hotel Rival. The room was comfortable and very clean. The view of the park across the street was very nice. A short and pleasant walk to Old Town. The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. A Relaxing environment. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee bar on the 4th floor. Finally , a shout out to Joel , thank you for the warm welcome to the hotel, city and country.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rival. It is conveniently located with the train station only a 5 minute walk from the hotel which then takes you to the City Center. it is about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town where there is a variety of restaurants and stores. There is a lovely park in front and it was wonderful to sit there and enjoy the Swedish tradition of Fika- drinking our coffee and having our pastry after a long day of exploring Stockholm. All the staff were friendly and very helpful- they truly want you to enjoy your time in their city. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

Rival ligger i hjärtat av Södermalm så jättebra gångavstånd till Götgatan och flera restauranger. Otroligt gästvänlig och trevlig personal. Mysig miljö och härlig konst på väggarna. Jag älskade frukosten och då är jag en person som ofta väljer hotell efter frukostutbudet… Jag upplevde frukosten lugn och familjär och med ett bra utbud. Enda minuset var att det var dubbeltäcke i dubbelsängen (vilket säkert hade gått att få ett till om vi vetat om det) och några gillar ju också det… och att vi fick ett rum precis vägg i vägg med en allmän kaffeautomat. Vi tänkte att man ändå inte dricker kaffe på natten så det var lugnt. Pyttsan! 00:30 intog den sista gästen kaffe på natten och 05:30 intogs den första koppen av en annan gäst. Ljudet fortplantade rätt rejält in till vårt rum. Hit kommer vi gärna igen men inte till det rummet! 😄

Fantastic boutique hotel within walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants and bars. Close to Gamla Stan too!

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and nice.

This hotel was outstanding. Important to note that it is non smoking and has great air conditioning. There is a subway stop five minutes from the hotel. The location is great. The bed was wonderful and they had a pillow menu. The front desk crew could not have been more helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Since they knew we were leaving before breakfast they prepared ham sandwiches, oranges, and orange juice to eat in the cab on the way to the airport.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Rival! Michele and Sveda were so helpful and lovely. We stayed in the penthouse suite which had beautiful views of the park snd surrounding area and was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was remarkable. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. Loved the history as a theater and the artwork. Highly recommend for a great stay in Stockholm!!

Wonderful hotel with comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast and bar. We loved the streets nearby with outdoor dining options. Still close to the old town and tourist hot spots - but outside proper tourist area.
