I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money.
It’s comfortable, clean and spacious.
Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal.
In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center.
I love getting little chocolate treat everyday from the cleaning team.

I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money.
It’s comfortable, clean and spacious.
Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal.
In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center.
I love getting little chocolate treat everyday from the cleaning team.

The staff service is horrible. If you pay city tax by card, they will charge you 50% more. The staff is not friendly at all, super mean. You will not have any greeting at breakfast, but will ask you very impolitely to leave your luggage outside of breakfast area. I would not recommend this place if you value customer experience.

The hotel and staff were excellent. There is construction in the area and work started at 6:30 am. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful, breakfast was delicious the room looked freshly renovated and very clean.

We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well!

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the Matterhorn. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only a five minute walk from the train station.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff super-friendly (especially Esther), the location was excellent, and the facilities top knotch. I especially liked the wellness center, which includes jacuzzis and a steam room, and the breakfast, which was delicious and included.
