Excellent room decor and facilities. Very spacious and elegantly designed. Staff service is very good and extremely helpful. SPA and pools are great. I will definitely stay again in my next visit here. Bravo!

飯店的建築外型在策馬特獨樹一格，有露天的陽台和溫水池，記得要帶游泳衣過來享受日光浴。我們得到了一間升級的房間，可以在房間裡面欣賞馬特宏峰，站在房間的陽台還可以眺望策馬特小鎮，感覺非常幸福愉快。房價雖然比較貴，但是非常值得。飯店有shuttle接送，記得事先聯繫。飯店的人員都非常親切，不論是前台人員、Grill 餐廳服務人員、porter. 早餐是我這次旅行中最棒的，非常豐盛，環境高雅。我會推薦這間飯店給我的好朋友們。

The best hotel we were in Switzerland! And a great value for the money. We stayed at burgenstock in Lucerne and this hotel (which cost 1/2) was way better.

✨ A Perfect Stay at BEAUSiTE Zermatt! ✨ From the spacious and beautifully designed common areas to our comfortable room, everything exceeded expectations. The staff at the concierge, reception, housekeeping, and restaurants truly made our stay a 10/10. A special mention goes to Pierre at the Grill restaurant, whose warm and thoughtful service stood out and made our dinner even more enjoyable. The breakfast team was also lovely, offering a wide variety of options—we especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice machine, such a refreshing touch! The spa facilities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the sauna. Another highlight was the personal wooden bath in our suite, which made the experience feel extra luxurious. We can’t wait to return—highly recommended! 🌟

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Beausite Zermatt Hotel. The hotel was outstanding with incredible ambiance; the welcoming staff was professional and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was impeccably clean and spacious while the restaurants and breakfasts were five stars. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services, and excellent room views. The hotel is well-maintained and provided a safe and secure environment.

Beausite Zermatt was a fabulous hotel to stay in for our 3 day hiking trip to the area. We received friendly advice from the concierge on appropriate level hikes and places to eat on the mountains.The breakfast was decadent and the spa/pool options were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful deck and view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special. You will not regret staying here!

Yderst tilfredsstillende ophold på et pænt hotel med alle fornødenheder samt venligt og smilende personale. Gornergrat-banen kører forbi få meter fra hotellet, men jeg fandt det ikke forstyrrende - snarere hyggeligt. Jeg ville gerne bo på dette hotel igen.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We even received a tour upon arrival. We had two nights of room service, and it was quick and extremely tasty! The spa and pool ares were nice as well. Don’t skip out on breakfast!

정말 멋진 숙소였습니다. 오렌지 색 방을 원한다고 여행 전 미리 메세지 보내두었는데 체크인때 언급해주시고 안내해주셔서 좋았습니다. 호텔의 디자인, 마테호른 뷰, 흠잡을 곳이 없었습니다.

It was great staying at Beausite! The location was slightly further away from the main town area, but it had great views of the Matterhorn. The heated pool and hay sauna was the best to relax after a day of hiking. The room was spacious and toilet felt luxurious.

Beautiful setting and our room had a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The spa and outdoor pool were much enjoyed.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with an excellent location that made exploring the area so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A wonderful experience all around!
