✨ A Perfect Stay at BEAUSiTE Zermatt! ✨
From the spacious and beautifully designed common areas to our comfortable room, everything exceeded expectations. The staff at the concierge, reception, housekeeping, and restaurants truly made our stay a 10/10.
A special mention goes to Pierre at the Grill restaurant, whose warm and thoughtful service stood out and made our dinner even more enjoyable. The breakfast team was also lovely, offering a wide variety of options—we especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice machine, such a refreshing touch!
The spa facilities were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the sauna. Another highlight was the personal wooden bath in our suite, which made the experience feel extra luxurious.
We can’t wait to return—highly recommended! 🌟

The hotel was outstanding with incredible ambiance; the welcoming staff was professional and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was impeccably clean and spacious while the restaurants and breakfasts were five stars. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Beausite Zermatt was a fabulous hotel to stay in for our 3 day hiking trip to the area. We received friendly advice from the concierge on appropriate level hikes and places to eat on the mountains.The breakfast was decadent and the spa/pool options were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful deck and view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special. You will not regret staying here!

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We even received a tour upon arrival. We had two nights of room service, and it was quick and extremely tasty! The spa and pool ares were nice as well. Don’t skip out on breakfast!

It was great staying at Beausite! The location was slightly further away from the main town area, but it had great views of the Matterhorn. The heated pool and hay sauna was the best to relax after a day of hiking. The room was spacious and toilet felt luxurious.

We have stayed here 3 times now, and each time it has been top marks. The hotel is close to everything that you need, but still far away from all the crowds of the square. Our room was immaculate, and the turn down service an added bonus. The front desk is the best part of the hotel- friendly and helpful. Lastly, be sure to take advantage of their breakfast- you’ll thank me later!

Wonderful stay at Beausite. We had our two French bulldogs with us who were made to feel very welcome. The room was perfect and very nicely decorated. The spa, pools, gym etc were fabulous. My partner and I both had a massage which was wonderful. Some of the staff were a bit rude at times but this was made up by the other members who were just wonderful (Emery to name one).

Our anniversary trip to Swiss was unforgettable thanks to BEAUSiTE. Quality of their service was beyond our expectations, such as a welcome message note along with the afternoon snacks provided daily on a beautiful china set as well as providing bottle water as we check out to keep us hydrated during our travels. Everything little details were organized thoughtfully to make guests feel comfortable and pleasant. Sabrina at the front was very professional and thoughtful as well as rest of the other staffs at the hotel. They also provided the pick up service to and from the hotel on a cute electronic shuttle bus following the environmental guidelines of the village(no gasoline vehicles)
Overall it was a very pleasant and memorable stay and I would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views—especially of the Matterhorn—are absolutely stunning. The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful spa area that includes steam rooms, saunas, a hammam, and both indoor and outdoor pools, all with that incredible mountain backdrop.
Breakfast was another highlight—tons of variety and even a chef preparing fresh omelets and fried eggs on the spot. The property is spotless, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. The concierge was especially helpful, giving us great recommendations for hikes and things to do in and around the area. Definitely take advantage of their advice!
The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the train station, which made things so convenient—just let them know your arrival time in advance.
As for the location, it’s perfect—close to the main street and everything you’d want to see in Zermatt. The town is small and walkable, so getting around is easy.
Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Zermatt!
