Nice and clean room, offering early check-in which was a big plus! The front desk staff was very friendly, answering all kinds of questions we had. The hotel was about 10 minute walk to Zurich HB and COOP supermarket, and 3 minute walk to tram station. Overall I'd say its very convenient.

i stayed on second floor almost two weeks ago, everything was good. i stayed on fifth floor this time, it's very different. As it's on the highest level (5/F), so it's much smaller and the ceiling height is much shorter, just about 2 metres. And because of the pitched roof, it made it further smaller. i want to say, i paid the same amount, but the room is much smaller than those on lower floors. It's really not fair.

The location is super where near the Zurich HB and walk within 7 mins. Those staff are really helpful and friendly. The room is big enough, air-conditioner is provided, but the lighting of the bathroom is little bit dark.

Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!

Good location. Close to train station but the surrounding is quiet and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. They even allowed me early check-in!

Great spot - very close to the train station , quiet , comfortable bed . We took the budget double room & it was perfect - spacious shower , space for 2 suitcases. Delightful staff gave us an early check in as the room was available so we could shower after our long flight from Australia .

The Bristol is near a tram stop (Stampfenbachstrasse) with frequent service from Zurich's main train station (Sihlquai entrance). Coming from the airport, you would be outside under a minute in bad weather. The property is well kept. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Breakfast is limited variety, but the bread and pastries are very fresh. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Bristol Hotel for one night was comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Check in was a breeze and the breakfast was good! We really appreciated the early check in.

Front desk staff are amazing - Sarah, Vanessa and Roman. Did not get the staff member name on the breakfast area and she was just as amazing. Rooms are clean, nice size. Windows opened to get fresh air on the cool spring nights. Quiet area as far as vehicles. Some young folks out late at night talking but not too long or loud. Bed and linens were especially comfortable. Bath towels not so much ☹️ Not a fan of the all in one products for shower, hand, body and hair shampoo product. This one was really nice though. Bring your own products if you prefer to have something other than the all in one. Great location, easy to walk down the side of the river to the lake. A lot of places to eat and shop. Very close to train and bus stations. We loved our stay at the Bristol Hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Bristol Hotel. It’s an easy walk from the Train station and easy to walk to old town and along the river. The hotel is quiet and clean; and the staff are very helpful. This is a great place to stay in Zurich!

Wonderful young lady got me checked in a bit early and even upgraded my room gratis. Loved that. Nice big room which was very clean. Staff even checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Very professional. Recommend highly and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Good simple breakfast buffet - the staff at breakfast are sometimes cold or borderline impolite (focused on checking your room number or whether you sit at the right table rather than helping you).

Hotel na frente da estação de trem, café da manhã delicioso. Nos deram um upgrade no quarto. Sem nada pra reclamar, só elogios!
