I had a pleasant stay at the Bristol Hotel Zurich. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in the city and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring Zurich.
I would also like to thank Expedia for making the booking process smooth and straightforward.
Overall, a very positive experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Nice and clean room, offering early check-in which was a big plus! The front desk staff was very friendly, answering all kinds of questions we had. The hotel was about 10 minute walk to Zurich HB and COOP supermarket, and 3 minute walk to tram station. Overall I'd say its very convenient.

i stayed on second floor almost two weeks ago, everything was good. i stayed on fifth floor this time, it's very different. As it's on the highest level (5/F), so it's much smaller and the ceiling height is much shorter, just about 2 metres. And because of the pitched roof, it made it further smaller. i want to say, i paid the same amount, but the room is much smaller than those on lower floors. It's really not fair.

The location is super where near the Zurich HB and walk within 7 mins. Those staff are really helpful and friendly. The room is big enough, air-conditioner is provided, but the lighting of the bathroom is little bit dark.

Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!

昨年同時期に宿泊してとても良かったので、今年も宿泊しました。
昨年は、トリプルルーム1泊、チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらおうと思いましたが、チェックインさせてくださいました。
フロントの方はとても親切丁寧な対応でした。
最上階のお部屋でバスタブ、冷蔵庫もありとても快適でした。
今年は、夜到着で1泊であったため、ツインルームにしました。
フロントの方は、やはり感じの良い方でした。
冷蔵庫は無かったものの、バスタブがあって清潔なお部屋でした。
が、深夜真上のお部屋の足音がうるさくて目を覚まし、更にバスルームの扉が開いてしまうほどの振動がありました。
これは運が悪かったのだと思いますが、残念でした。
ですが、駅から徒歩でも行ける距離で大変ありがたいですね。
駅のトラム乗り場が昨年と変わっていたので、事前に確認された方が思います。

Zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem abseits der viel befahrenen Straßen. Sauber und ruhig. Frühstück relativ eintönig, der Auswahl des Essens eher sparsam, aber ausreichend um satt zu werden. Preis und Leistung stimmen.
