I enjoyed my stay at the Bristol Hotel. It’s an easy walk from the Train station and easy to walk to old town and along the river. The hotel is quiet and clean; and the staff are very helpful. This is a great place to stay in Zurich!

Wonderful young lady got me checked in a bit early and even upgraded my room gratis. Loved that. Nice big room which was very clean. Staff even checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. Very professional. Recommend highly and would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed one night with 2 single rooms. Room was nice and cozy, very clean, breakfasf was really good for the price paid. Hotel is very close to main train station so it very easy to get around the city. The only downside is that the AC will only work if it gets 24 degrees celcius and more in the room. I'm use to sleep when it is a bit colder so I had to open the windows

The hotel is somewhat dated but not in a way that would hugely affect your stay. The room we had was large, enough room for two grown women to enjoy, the bathroom was great, it was warm and the staff were always friendly and helpful! The location was great for everything we wanted as a couple of friends exploring the city! One day a towel we were given seemed a little dirty, but this was quickly rectified (they brought us new towels almost instantly). It is not luxurious but it is clean, comfortable and close to the main station! Couldn’t have asked for anything more considering what we paid! Breakfast was fairly basic (drinking machines for tea/coffee, fresh orange juice, some breads, cheese and meats, yogurts, etc.). My friend enjoyed the coffee, I’m not massively a breakfast person and so didn’t really go after the second day, but it didn’t bother me.

One also wishes that the staff in the breakfast room were a bit more friendly - one of them started carrying my coat and backpack (without asking for permission) since she thought I was occupying the table that was too large for one person.
