I had a pleasant stay at the Bristol Hotel Zurich. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in the city and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring Zurich. I would also like to thank Expedia for making the booking process smooth and straightforward. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would happily stay here again.

They were kind about storing our luggage when our room wasn’t ready (we arrived early). They also gave us a room upgrade and we had a large room for us and our adult sons. Quiet and comfortable place to sleep. Located in good walking distance to lots of restaurants and Old Town.

Centrally located near the train station and bus stop for excursions, felt safe the entire time I stayed at the hotel. Breakfast was included in my stay, I found there was lots of variety (cereal, fruit, eggs, tea, coffee, etc)
