The location is strategic, near one of the station entries (there is a basement entry to the station), just walk down the stairs, near to convenience store, the room we booked [was] very large to accommodate our family member of 5. Check-in went very smooth, staff was friendly at check-in, but [a] different staff [was] not too friendly at check-out.

Strategic location near the main station zurich HB, and shopping center, the family room is very spacious, unfortunately does not provide a boiler for water heating, tea, coffee, and sugar so it is difficult for hot water for my youngest child.

Staff are very friendly and location is very near to train station. Only down side is no aircon and is hot during summer!

Good location close to central station, old town, and other tourist areas. The family room is very spacious and clean. No AC, but they provide 3 fans and a big window which can be opened whenever you want. Nice place to stay with your family.
