整體住宿品質尚佳，付費停車方便。但因內含賭場設施，停車場至飯店櫃檯動線易混淆。

酒店整体不错，据说离开边境到法国和德国的距离只有500m。酒店门口有电车8路到旧城区以及Hop-on Hop-Off。 早餐也很丰盛。唯一 的不足时WIFI的信号有点差。

離市區較偏遠，但有免費公共車票提供

The hotel is right next to a shopping mall, which is very convenient. The free coffee and fresh fruits in the lobby is a big plus.

The 5-bedded room is very good for traveling with family. It is a little far from the city center, but bus No. 36 and Tram No. 8 are very convenient.

I liked this hotel, and always chose to stay here when I was in Basel. The room is big enough, the breakfast is various and delicious. There is a bus station and convenient to arrive many places in the city. The only thing I wanted to complain was the aircondition. When I was there this May, the weather was cold, the room was very cold too. The ac didn't work. I called the front desk, they said they aleady open the ac for me and should be workable. But the room still was very cold. Finally they gave me a warmer, it's helpful but not make me happy as it's a very limited and uncomfortable.

der zustand und die sauberheit lassen leider zu wünschen übrig.

Cooles Konzert und Küche war voll ausgestattet.

pazar gününe kadar herşey güzeldi, otele ulaşım hakkında çok detaylı bilgilendirildim ve kolayca ulaştım ve otele kolayca giriş yapabildim, mutfak malzemelerinden eksik vardı talebim üzerine tarafıma gönderildi, lavabom tıkalıydı uyarım üzerine açılması sağlandı, zamanımın çoğunu dışarda geçirdiğim ve otele gelip hemen uyuduğum için odanın soğuk ve kirli olduğunu ancak pazar günü fark edebildim, tüm çabalara rağmen odanın ısınması sağlanamadı, odam değiştirildi ancak sorun devam etti ve ben pes ederek otelden 1 gece önceden çıktış yaptım, tüm bu süreçte sohbet pencerisinden gecikmeden iletişim kurup cevap alabildim ancak sorun çözülmedi

Stort og fint rom med gode løsninger for oppbevaring av klær m.m. Flott og stor dusj. Det som trekker litt ned er at sengen ikke var behagelig og fast nok for min del, og renhold i dusj kunne være noe bedre.

+ sauberes Zimmer + einfache Kommunikation - wir hatten nur eine Bettdecke. Haben aber auf Nachfrage eine zweite erhalten Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen

Rien à redire sur les chambres et la propreté de l’hôtel, tout était nickel. Le Check-in a par contre été compliqué. Le lien envoyé par l’hôtel n’était pas en mesure de reconnaître ma réservation. J‘ai envoyé un message à l’hôtel qui n‘a pas donné suite. J‘ai appelé le support de l’hôtel qui m‘a dit que mon message allait être pris en compte. Finalement j‘ai fini par recevoir un second lien qui a fonctionné.
