It was a good stay.

Very quiet and comfortable. We liked being away from downtown, but very easy to get around with public transit. Great neighborhood restaurants nearby.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel is a bit outside of the city centre but easily reachable within 15/20min by tram.

Its location and friendly and helpful staff. The room is a good value for the price paid.

Staff were great! Some issues with fixtures of the bathroom but other than that I would stay here again!

A very reliable hotel with reliable prices

Great and friendly staff. Showed us Swiss hospitality with chocolates upon check in. Sweet of her. It has everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay here, although the room was small it had everything we needed including a few English tv options. Breakfast was nice, and the location is great only took 8 minutes into central Zürich on the tram. There is also 2 supermarkets one a 5 minute walk away and one 10 minutes away. There is also food options along the street. We would stay here again and the pool is nice but is open to people with a membership so is busy a lot

Professional and clean.

We enjoyed our stay, but found that the pool and gym are not accessible to children. Which was a shame as my daughter and I love to swim. The manager did pay for us to go to an alternative swimming pool, but this was a 15 minute commute to and was not what we had expected and less convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The heating was set very high in our room which took me a while to realise. So we steamed the first night.

There is major construction in front of the hotel so do request a room facing the back. They actually start being noisy around 7:30am! Otherwise great rooms and a fantastic gym and pool facility.

the room was smelling very bad. the sheets were not clean, we asked for changing the sheets and at first the ey did not accept, after our strong objection they changed only one of them.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking to stay between Old Zürich and New Zurich!
