The hotel does not provide daily housekeeping and this wasnt state upfront..you only know it when you check their apps and it says "additional" cleaning cost CHF 30..very very bad handling, imagine staying for 3 nights without any cleaning or housekeeping with all your towels, bedsheet unchange or trash not thrown.

This was a self check in hotel so you would need to have mobile data and a charged phone all the time with you to get into your room and the hotel. It was so easy. The room was modern grand spacious. The heads were amazing as we overslept past our alarm to take our early train. I wish someone has told me to take the tram from the train stafion instead (buy ticket at the station) because we walked 15min. There are few set of stairs you need to walk up (fun when no luggage with you). Location was still fantastic as we wanted to walk to several areas. Will def return if back in Zurich.

The hotel was to the HB and the room was clean. It was lucky for me to be able to check in early.

clean room, great location, super easy check-in process! first time at a staff-less hotel and it didn’t disappoint! one thing to note is if you’re coming from zurich main station, the walking path to the hotel has 2 flights of stairs (hotel is higher uphill)

The hotel is located near the train station, which is very convenient. It is clean, well lighted. Best of all, the staff go beyond expectations to be helpful.

This was perfect for a one night stay near the train station, the cost made it even better given some hotels were extortionate. This is self check in so you aren't greeeted by anyone. The check in process was efficient and easy, my only comment would be that as all the keys are electronically accessed by your phone, I would have preferred an extra manual chain inside the room. Rooms itself was spacious and very clean and comfortable. It is at the top of a hill so walking to the train station has a few steps, there is a ramp but it is steep it was fine for us but something to note. Overall, would stay again if needed and recommend for a cheaper stay.

Very convenient location, a bit noisey with the train outside, but you are in the city. No staff everything is electronic. Booking, checkin, door access by phone, Clean place with good presentation.

Great hotel to stay at. Pretty much all electronic with the exception of an optional key card that you configure yourself with easy step-by-step instructions. A few light bulbs dead right at the start. Safe did not work as well. Loved the Bluetooth speakers installed into the ceiling.

Nice hotel, clean and safe. The e check in was confusing and as I’m not very iPhone savvy it was not the place for me.

This property should not be classed as a “hotel” as there are no staff at all and only a few metal-legged chairs in “reception”. I had not understood the self-check-in was the only option. The experience of full digital automation and a machine voice in reception advertising something was de-humanising. The room was adequate and clean. The location is good, as the 10 tram from Zürich airport stops outside. It is uphill from the Hauptbahnhof. There are stairs at the entrance and in reception.

Good location, very clean with nice amenities

Honestly, very overpriced stay for what we got. The room was clean and decent in the size, but that’s all. Very cold inside, and it was a cold day in Zurich. Windows had a big gap resulting in a lot of cold air coming inside, although with heating and duvet we could sleep ok. The shower was also a mess, as there was nothing keeping the water, just a small cheap curtain around, and the water goes to the sewer. This made a mess in the bathroom every time, including the paper roll that was located next to the shower, low on the floor. It’s a 2 star hotel service. Also there was no personnel at sight, everything was done through a portal, including opening the room door. If your battery dies and you arrive late, I am not sure you can even enter the property. Also not sure how safe the system is for room security etc. Imagine paying for all that 240 chf for one night. If it was half the price I wouldn’t complain at all but for the amentities the price was a joke.

Perfect spot just far enough outside the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Good value and location for central Zurich. Slight hiccup with paying the city tax during online check in but sortable at the property. Would recommend
