Good location closed to supermarket. Quiet n nice staffs.

Easy to communicate in English, polite and comfortable in room.

Very nice host and the location is very secluded and more quiet compared to the busy streets of Lucerne. I would stay again!!

Facility was average. Bed was too soft. Entrance to apartment was near the garbage so it smelt. Location to Lucerne Bahnhof was a 20 min walk and 15 min to chapel bridge. There are 3 supermarkets across the road from apartment Coop, Migros and Aldi.

The apt was very clean. And very basic. No shampoo no conditioner. The body wash was so watered down. It was not effective. The beds were clean. But not super comfortable. Convenient location. Great for walking around. Nice to have separate rooms. Quite area. Kitchen was stocked. But we didn't use it.

die Person die uns die schlüssel gab sprach nur spanisch und schlechtes italienisch. dann wollte sie das doppelte an Gebühren einkassieren. Die touristengebühren sind 2.50 pro person und nacht und nicht 4.50. habe schlussendlich nir das bezahlt was auf hotels.com stand. aber die tourismus karte für vergünstigte bahnen öv wurde uns nicht gegeben. Das zimmer war ok aber nicht so wie auf den Bildern. es war aber sehr kalt und die Heizung ging nicht

Great location and staff were so accomodating and helpful

Our stay was very disappointing and quite different from what was described in the listing. Several amenities that were advertised were either unavailable or misleading. For example, the listing mentioned laundry facilities, but none were accessible during our stay. Communication was also a major issue. We attempted to contact the host multiple times regarding concerns during the stay, but received little to no response. Another concern was the overall environment around the property, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe at times. This did not match the expectations created by the listing description. Due to the discrepancies between the listing and the actual experience, along with the lack of support and communication, the stay became very stressful and frustrating. Overall, we were dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend this property to other travelers.

Very easy check in process, host met us at the apartment and accommodated our arrival time. Great addition of free travel pass within Lucerne. Good location.

キッチンがあるのでスーパーで買ってきた物を料理してたべることができます！ オーブンも塩胡椒もありました！ 値段は少し高いかな、と ルツェルンの駅から20分くらいなのと夕方にホテルに戻ると建物が真っ暗でそこだけ怖かったです。 それ以外は満足でした！
