The property is in the middle of the two train stations in Interlaken making it very convenient to go anywhere in any direction. Every place was within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Everyone spoke english and no communication barrier. Included breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious. I didn't get to use the pool nor the sauna due to lack of time but it was great that option was available. Definitely recommend this place.

Do not stay here if you are looking for basic kindness and respect. Accomodations are spacious, location is close to many things. Breakfast was very poor quality and few options available. For the price, do yourself a favor and choose another location. Staff is incredibly abrasive, non welcoming and plain disinterested. There is no AC so be advised if considering during summer months.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable. Very nice staff. The location is convenient, right between East and West train station. But we didn't see air conditioner in the room, this could be an issue if you really need cool temperature.

Great location with a beautiful view of Jungfrau. Thank you Christian for his helpful suggestions on sites to visit during our stay. We enjoyed the rooms and all of the amenities provided. It will be nice if each room/apartment had some instant teas and coffees.
