It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.

Wonderful view and we love the balcony very much. Good place for family trip.

Very good location and beautiful views of the mountains!

First, walking up to the building I was stunned at how trashy it looked from the outside. Walking in, the decor and furniture looked cheap and overused. Check in was fine, we got to our room and the room was clean, however, each person only got one single pillow, the pull out couch was the most uncomfortable bed ever (wires, bumps, didn’t lay completely flat). The living room furniture was minimal. Just the pullout couch for comfortable seating (for 3, when we had a family of 6. There was a pod coffee maker with no pods/sugar/creamer. This hotel has NO AC! The info in the room speaks of adjusting the thermostat, but there is no thermostat. The outdoor porch has a big slope forward. It is not flat. The biggest thing for us were the lack of pillows, the lack of AC, and our room keys they gave us stopped working (we were given 4). We got locked out of our room the first night and there was no front desk staff available. They close at 8-9pm. We called their “emergency” number and no one answered. We had to go to the restaurant and get someone to help us contact someone. If the restaurant would’ve been closed, we would’ve been locked out of our room all night. Overall, very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this play or stay here again.

Really good holiday apartment, breakfast was nice, swimming pool was good. Restaurant was good in the evening too, had a nice fondue there. Staff all around the hotel were very efficient and friendly as well. All round a great stay

We had a fantastic stay at Hapimag Resort Interlaken and it was an excellent choice for our family of five. The room was very large and thoughtfully laid out, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind after busy days exploring the area. The location was ideal—conveniently situated between both train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. It was also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and everything Interlaken has to offer. One of the standout features was the view—absolutely amazing and a perfect backdrop to our stay. Overall, a comfortable, spacious, and well-located option for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had to check in after reception hours, which I prearranged with the hotel. It was a smooth and easy process arriving after hours. Our room was spacious and very clean. We utilized the pool and our kids enjoyed had a blast. Breakfast was fantastic and staff was very kind and helpful! Great option for families and would stay again.

Our family enjoyed our recent stay at the hotel. Especially with the cooking facilities which is very clean. The view in front open up to a wide field and the back rooms has nice mountain view. There is a bus stop directly at the hotel doorstep. The hotel front desk service is always so helpful with our queries. We would loved to stay at this property again.

Wonderful experience. Room was clean and perfect for our family. Fan and drying rack were added bonuses my family utilized. Staff was wonderful. Pool was a hit with the kids!
