It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.

Wonderful view and we love the balcony very much. Good place for family trip.

This property felt much more like a motel than a hotel. The room was stocked with two small bars of cheap soap, and the towels were thin, rough, and scratchy. The most disappointing part was the pool experience. The hotel does not provide pool towels, and when I asked the front desk for one, I was told to either use the towels from my room or pay 9 CHF for an additional towel. Their solution was that I could simply exchange my room towel afterward. For a hotel that markets itself as a full-service property, this felt unnecessarily cheap and inconvenient. Pool towels are a basic amenity at most hotels, and charging guests extra or expecting them to carry their room towels to and from the pool is something I would expect from a budget motel, not a hotel in Switzerland. The hotel itself was clean enough, but the constant cost-cutting showed up in small details throughout the stay. The overall experience felt far below what the price and presentation suggested. I left feeling like I had paid hotel rates for a motel-level experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends or family.

The check in staff were extremely helpful and kind. The property is wonderfully located near the tram up to Harder Kulm, and the views of the surrounding river and mountains are a treat. I opted to include breakfast in our stay and it was well worth it; an array of options and the food was delicious. The property has a concierge who helped me plan my day with information on how to get to sites, and the opportunity to purchase my train tickets on site. I have nothing but great things to say about all those with whom I interacted, the comfort of the room, and the lovely locale. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hapimag staff!

Love this hotel I will definitely be back it is so clean and comfortable. One thing I will say is that the breakfast is absolutely disgusting, jf that was different this would be an amazing hotel

everything was awesome . bigger rooms , nice breakfast. front desk arranged packaged breakfast previous night cause we are leaving the next morning before 7AM. that was nice . also this is very centrally located , can see all the paraglides landing

Breaskfast is good. No AC and they gave only 1 fan for a 2 bedroom apartment. No cleaning provided and cleaning is extra. For the price I paid it is felt like too pricey

The room we got has no bedroom all beds was sofa bed and not comfortable beds no iron board no bath robe!!!

Highly recommend!!! Front desk staff was exceptional—always friendly, professional and helpful. On the day of a downpour, they provided each of us with a large umbrella, free of charge. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds and showers were great!! Mountain View from our balcony was beautiful! Full breakfast included with many delicious choices—something for everyone! Location was excellent! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely experience; your resort set the bar high for the rest of our trip! 😊

Apartamento bem grande e bem equipado. Não tem serviço de quarto, mas isso não foi problema pra nós, ficamos apenas 3 noites e pudemos trocar toalhas. Café da manhã muito bom, área de piscina e brinquedoteca pras crianças.
