Fast check in and check out. However, there is a person who open our room at 10am without saying housekeeper or knock the door. We doubt the security level.

房间是hilton标配的——比较小，但卫生服务都OK，早餐不错。去市区还给免费火车24小时pass，这个很赞，虽然没时间体验。但去机场的穿梭巴士却收费，有点奇葩。

We stay at Hilton Zurich Airport on the night of July 13, 2019, because we were to catch our flight the next morning. Overall it is a nice hotel. The restaurant has a great view. But the service has room for improvement. We reserved a room for a family of four. When we entered the room, we found only one queen bed. So we tried to unfold the sofa all by ourselves and turned it into a sofa bed. No extra pillows or blankets were prepared for us. We've traveled extensively. As we reserved a room for a family of four, many other hotels were thoughtful enough to have it prepared for us. So for a hotel at the level of Hilton, it is a bit disappointing. BTW, those who visit here with a car should be aware that the car parking overnight is not for free.

It is an airport hotel and it offers shuttle bus to and from the airport. However, we had to pay for it.

The room is overall a good deal. The food is nice at canteen and the reception is quite efficient. However, The airport shuttle service is not satisfactory since it is a bit chaotic to queue up at airport. without a fixed queue, there is always argument on who is the first one.

Bad service. Not sure why we need to get tickets to take the shuttle, and they showed us bad face as if we should know!! Nothing around the hotel, not convenient, together with bad faces, this hotel is terrible. And when we checked out they still need to charge us extra Swiss Franc 2.5 per person for getting back to airport. Why don't you build in the price in your hotel charges rather than do it extra? I didn't suppose to pay for your facilities. Again, I asked for ticket then the staff gave me another bad face as if I should know and very impolite!! No training for staffs at all? How come this belongs to Hilton Hotel! I will not take this hotel in the future and not recommended.

我們訂了七間含早餐的房間 但在check in時 櫃檯人員說我們沒訂早餐 後來查了一下說有含早餐 結果隔天早上6:30 我們同伴陸續去享用早餐時 餐廳和櫃檯人員又說我們沒訂早餐 要我們每人付30瑞朗早餐費 經過再三確認 才又說我們有訂早餐 因當天行程很趕 造成我們很大困擾及同伴不必要擔憂 我覺得飯店內部管理有疏失 有待改善

有机场接送很方便~是机场附近不错的选择~对于第二天赶飞机的旅客相当方便~还有机场接送服务~

I’m satisfied with my trip

Since my flight is in the morning, I decided to book a room here in hope that it will be convenient for us to get up in the morning and go. However, its location is very inconvenient. First, it is not close enough to walk to any of the bus station or the airport if you have multiple luggages. Second of all, the shuttle bus will charge you 5 CHF per person per ride. I have never been asked to pay for a shuttle bus to the airport when I booked a hotel specifically because it is very close to the airport. Lastly, 1 of the driver seems to hate his job for the 2 times that I saw him. He also spoke very little English while most of the customers using this service are international travelers that do not speak German (Almost everyone that I talked to during this trip can speak fluent English and you cannot find someone who can speak good enough English and a good attitude?). The shuttle bus can only take about 11 people at a time and there is no system to show who came first when more than 11 people are waiting. So the driver just picked the groups that can fit first. This means you are at the mercy of the driver if you are trying to catch a flight. I really like my trip to Switzerland and I enjoyed touring Zurich. However, I will just stay at a hotel that is close to Zurich HB (main train station) next time. It is close to the attractions and there is a train to the airport that takes 15 minutes every 6 minutes in the morning. So much more convenient this way.

Surprise 13 CHF "environmental fee", and noisy room cleaning past 11pm - but cheaper than city centre hotels and close by to a pleasant woodland.

Very nice hotel and the staff was welcoming when we got there.

Stayed here for a night. I got there at 11 and asked if I could stow my luggage until check in at 3 and Carlos at the front desk was able to accommodate an early check in which was a huge convenience to me as I was tired and needed sleep. Hotel has an adequate gym and a nice sauna and steam room which I enjoyed after a workout. Room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was priced well and the view of the airport from the restaurant was unique. Not far from Zurich center so if you have a few extra hours to explore you won’t have much hassle. Big fan of Zurich will be back next year

Service so good also near to the airport. Free shuttle bus to the hotel takes 10-15 min.

Bathroom fitting was very poor. Water was leaking from sink and bathtub. Not very comfortable

Didn’t give tea bag for 3 days as the bar staff didn’t want to go get some so had to go reception to ask why no tea bags for 3 days. Lady was nice enough to go find some for me. All my dad wanted was tea. Bar staff guy was rude to my niece when she asked him the second time and he rolled his eyes at her so RUDE! My sink wasn’t cleaned properly as the left a long hair in there and on a towel! Hallway at night was pitch black, had to use phone torch to get to my room! Asked for a 3rd bed in one of the rooms but obviously wasn’t there. It’s a ok hotel near enough to the airport and motorways. But very far from all the tourist attractions. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall 2.5 out of 5
