整潔，舒適，地理位置方便

The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the main street of Zermatt which you don’t need to worry it is hard to find. The hotel communicated well with the one who are going to stay.

員工親切友善，可提早提供房間 房間環境整潔，酒店附近亦有很多商店餐廳 方便購物及飲食，同時步行5分鐘可到達火車站

服務態度親切，離策馬特火車站也不遠，有任何問題會耐心的處理，很推薦這間旅館

員工親切及幫忙，早餐是歐陸式，是麪包火腿之類，但也有雞蛋 午餐時，全體員工一齊吃，前台沒有人啊！ 晚上12後鎖門，好似好安全，但亦無員工在前台的

离火车站很近,但在背街上闹中取静,房间干净,装修也较新,前台处还有热水壶可以烧水,前台友好提供有用游览的信息

服務態度很好，很近火車站。

我訂了一間有兩張單人床的客房給子女，竟然入住時祗安排了一間祗有一張雙人床的房間，當要求更正時，酒店方面竟然話所有雙人房都是祗有一張雙人床，如果早知安排我就唔訂這酒店。

Nice location, and perfect breakfast. Enjoy my stay here:) Could see a little bit tiny Matterhorn from lovely balcony.

I arrived quite late and the staff was helpful to arrange my late check in. She also suggested our travel route in bad weather. The room is much beyond expectations. It's big, clean and has a balcony facing the inter garden or restaurant. The bed is soft and the bathroom is comfortable. It's worth staying again.

有一天下午3點多，疑似清潔人員未敲門就直接用鑰匙開門進入，看到人後立刻離開。後來有跟櫃台反應，但最後還是不知道為她何會闖入

One of the best accommodation experiences. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

No body at reception, just a sign to go to another hotel. Booked 2 rooms. Paid same price for each room. They were nothing a like, 1 reasonable size the other, absolutely no where to put lugggage, had to put on the floor in front of the door, so couldn’t go out without putting suitcase on the bed. Bathroom so old!!! Shower over a very deep bath. Definitely not recommend
