Everything close by hotel and convenience. The front desk people very helpful, efficiency and very nice. I would high recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff here, very friendly and helpful. Katherine, Liz and Louis made our trip better helping with tours and restaurants reservations. Stayed in a family room which worked well for our 5 adult travelers. Continental breakfast, very good waitstaff there too.

The staff is excellent and very helpful! We’ll stay here again when we come to Lucern again!

Amazing family rooms for traveling groups with kids. Staff is superb and accommodating, even preparing us a bag meal prior to breakfast hours for early departure. 5 stars. We’ve stayed here multiple times. Very convenient to the train and in a good neighborhood

The hotel is across from the central train station in Luzern. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and has a great breakfast. We only stayed one night, but I recommend it because it is super central, walking distance to the city center, crossing the bridge in 10 minutes. We went to the Christmas markets, and it was easy for us to stay here. I recommend it.

This is a nice hotel located opposite Luzern station. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous 3 days spent here in a jnr suite. The room was spectacular, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us commuting by train. Everywhere is easy to get to and there are heaps of great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

The hotel facilities and staff were fine. The only issue we had with our stay was our room had an obnoxious odor.

Overall our stay was good. Hotel is in a good location close to the old town, famous bridge, and other sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One concern though, was that the hotel's computer systems were down our entire 2 night stay. The first night and most of the next day, they could not make key cards for us. Staff members were coming up to our rooms and opening the doors for us. This worked, except they never asked for ID to confirm they were letting us in to the right rooms. It made us uncomfortable that a staff member might let someone into our rooms that didn't belong. I understand their systems being down was an unusual circumstance and they were coping as best they could, but that's the reason for the reduced rating.

Very comfortable stay with clean rooms and furnishing. Great staff!

The people at the front desk are super nice and helpful and willing to take as much time as needed to answer all your questions even if they are not hotel related questions.
