My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for two weeks and truly enjoyed every moment. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, always with a gracious smile.
We would like to extend our special thanks to Mara and Stephany from reception; Lidia and Maria from housekeeping; and Marina and Antonella from the breakfast buffet for their help with everything we needed, as well as for their kindness and warmth. We would also like to thank the other staff members—unfortunately, we did not catch their names.
We are sincerely grateful for the hospitality and would be delighted to return.

A great place to stay in Lucerne. It is walkable to the alt stadt area and train station is close. Quiet area despite being downtown. There is a parking garage that makes it very nice to be able to park and unload with your luggage. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again.
