Enjoyed our stay @ Hotel Eden.Location is close to some popular tourist spots.Accessible tp public transportation.Staff are wonderful and very helpful.Hotel is nice and cozy, clean and comfortable rooms.

Hotel Eden is conveniently located one minute from a busy bus stop. They gave us a complimentary Geneva Transport card which was great. We could be at the City centre within 10/15 minutes if not less by a bus from almost across the road. Besides their own restaurant and room service there are other restaurants across the road and two minutes walk away. The biggest advantage was to just cross the road to a park and within two minutes we could be swimming in the lake. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. Preferred to have tea in the morning and the staff gave us a kettle and tea bags besides their coffee machine. The bedroom was fairly sized for three guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a clean and quiet hotel with extremely courteous and helpful staff.

The location is very good. There is free ticket out of Geneva aeroport. You can take bus to the hotel. On the leave, since I had a early flight, so the hotel hire a taxi for me and prepare a breakfast box for me with sandwich, drink, and snacks. The service is good. Even though the business center only has one old computer, the staff had helped to print the material I needs. All staff is warm and especially the lady working in the breakfast area who has a beautiful smile and can remember your preference.

The hotel is very old but it has a great location. The rooms are small but it sits within walking distance of Lake Geneva (you can take a plunge in it!) and it is only a block away from Public transportation. The Air conditioning works! And the shower has great water pressure, we tried to lengthen our stay but it is booked solid. So plan ahead in advanced while making reservations. It is a very coveted area. The elevator is very small but it works. The breakfast selection was limited but the staff was super friendly and they will offer you endless cappuccino refills! We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel had the best air conditioning of all the hotels I stayed in during my trip to Switzerland in the recent heatwave, so was very much appreciated!
The hotel is not located in the old town area of Geneva, so it is a longer ~30 minute walk to this area. The hotel is a short walk from Geneve Secheron station, but is very close to the Jardin Botanique bus stop. Due to the heatwave, I used public transport (train/tram/bus) as much as possible to avoid walking in the extreme heat. The public transport system is very good and the Geneva travel pass provided by the hotel was very much appreciated. A good continental breakfast was available and there was late check out (12 noon).

National Park directly opposite the hotel was amazing for morning walks especially after breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. TV in the room had lots of different channels in multiple languages so very inclusive. Property is on the main road just a 15/20 minute walk from restaurants and main geneva train station

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Eden. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et silencieuse.
Le service a été très bien.
Seul petit bémol, c'est une odeur d'égout qui remontait par les tuyauterie du fait des grosses chaleurs.... c'est un peu moins sympa.
Mais à part cela rien à dire.

There’re several stairs from the entrance to the lobby, it’s quite difficult for senior citizens to carry suitcases on stairs. There’s limited space and no seats while waiting to check in. We needed to leave the key with the front desk but there’s only one staff in the front, we needed to wait to leave or pick up the key when the receptionist was helping others. We needed to enter into a tiny space before getting into our room, and the space could be assessed into another room. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, no one could hear me if someone from the other room pulled me into their room, It is a very poor design.

Hotel Eden feels like a home away from home. The staff are extraordinarily kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help you out with a smile. The location is wonderful too, for walks on the lake and in the gardens. I will keep coming back.

Hotel location is convenient enough from the main train station if walking around with luggage from the airport . We had a room on the fourth floor and it was super quiet. The beds were very comfortable.
We took the bus and tram mostly to old town, water fountain, and restaurants. I thought the hotel was cozy and staff very friendly. Breakfast was included and adequate enough for a morning start. Overall, we really like this hotel for value and price point.
I would highly recommend downloading the SBB mobile app as it’s imperative to get around.
I would stay here again as it’s clean cozy and comfortable with friendly service.
