Enjoyed our stay @ Hotel Eden.Location is close to some popular tourist spots.Accessible tp public transportation.Staff are wonderful and very helpful.Hotel is nice and cozy, clean and comfortable rooms.

Hotel Eden is conveniently located one minute from a busy bus stop. They gave us a complimentary Geneva Transport card which was great. We could be at the City centre within 10/15 minutes if not less by a bus from almost across the road. Besides their own restaurant and room service there are other restaurants across the road and two minutes walk away. The biggest advantage was to just cross the road to a park and within two minutes we could be swimming in the lake. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. Preferred to have tea in the morning and the staff gave us a kettle and tea bags besides their coffee machine. The bedroom was fairly sized for three guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a clean and quiet hotel with extremely courteous and helpful staff.

National Park directly opposite the hotel was amazing for morning walks especially after breakfast. Room was clean and spacious and staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. TV in the room had lots of different channels in multiple languages so very inclusive. Property is on the main road just a 15/20 minute walk from restaurants and main geneva train station

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Eden. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et silencieuse. Le service a été très bien. Seul petit bémol, c'est une odeur d'égout qui remontait par les tuyauterie du fait des grosses chaleurs.... c'est un peu moins sympa. Mais à part cela rien à dire. Je conseil cet hôtel

There’re several stairs from the entrance to the lobby, it’s quite difficult for senior citizens to carry suitcases on stairs. There’s limited space and no seats while waiting to check in. We needed to leave the key with the front desk but there’s only one staff in the front, we needed to wait to leave or pick up the key when the receptionist was helping others. We needed to enter into a tiny space before getting into our room, and the space could be assessed into another room. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, no one could hear me if someone from the other room pulled me into their room, It is a very poor design.

Hotel Eden feels like a home away from home. The staff are extraordinarily kind and helpful, going above and beyond to help you out with a smile. The location is wonderful too, for walks on the lake and in the gardens. I will keep coming back.

Hotel location is convenient enough from the main train station if walking around with luggage from the airport . We had a room on the fourth floor and it was super quiet. The beds were very comfortable. We took the bus and tram mostly to old town, water fountain, and restaurants. I thought the hotel was cozy and staff very friendly. Breakfast was included and adequate enough for a morning start. Overall, we really like this hotel for value and price point. I would highly recommend downloading the SBB mobile app as it’s imperative to get around. I would stay here again as it’s clean cozy and comfortable with friendly service.

The staff was always amazing! They were always there to get us in or out. And they let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check out because we weren't catching a bus to Chamonix until later. Breakfast was always tasty and the staff was very attentive! Overall great experience! Would definitely stay again!!

Very nice hôtel very well locate. Excellent staff at the réception, and in the breakfast room. Breakfast is so good. Very clean room thanks to the cleaning room staff. It is the perfect place to stay in Geneva.

the staff was friendly and helpful. They gave directions and suggestions throughout our stay. The property is walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and UN, and only one or two bus / trams away from all sites we visited including CERN and the old town / St. Pierre Cathedral.
