Good location, nice room

酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst touring the alps. Cracking hotel and even better cocktails

Location was Good for me. 7 minutes walk to supermarket and 10 minutes walk to train station. Resturant near by.

Great location in walking distance of the lake, train station, old town and all main sites. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I stayed in the Junior Suite with Balcony, which was absolutely worth it. The suite was a good size, with a comfortable bed, sitting area and storage options. Everything was kept well stocked and refreshed, and the coffee maker (plus kettle and fridge) and 'little extras' were a welcome addition. I loved the balcony. There is a bar, with a good range of cocktails, and the breakfast buffet has a good range of options (including prosecco/mimosas!). The only suggestion I could make is that the sun loungers on the balcony could possibly be of a more forgiving colour, to help them look nice for longer. I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great room, clean and comfy, but the shower is terrible as water is leaking everywhere in the bathroom.

It is great hotel to stay!

Three night stay for family of four in connecting rooms. Gift and note from the hotel on birthday during stay was a nice and thoughtful touch. Great location for local transport links into the centre and old town. Short walk to lake, swimming area and water bus stops.

LOW VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY Hotel’s lobby is useless. Gym had mostly out of order exercise machines. Buffet breakfast is very expensive. All in all: less than optimum stay.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel über Expedia gebucht und die Buchung wurde vom Hotel bestätigt. Nach einer langen Anreise kamen wir abends am Hotel an und wollten einchecken. Dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser bestätigtes Zimmer inzwischen anderweitig vergeben worden sei – an eine UN-Delegation, die offenbar kurzfristig ein Zimmer benötigt hatte. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns sinngemäß bestätigt, dass diese Gäste wichtiger seien als wir und wir deshalb in ein anderes Hotel verlegt würden. Das war für uns äußerst enttäuschend und respektlos, insbesondere weil unsere Buchung bestätigt war und wir uns auf die Unterkunft verlassen hatten. Das Ersatzhotel entsprach nicht dem gebuchten Standard: Statt des gebuchten 4-Sterne-Hotels wurden wir in ein 3-Sterne-Hotel verlegt. Damit haben wir nicht die Leistung erhalten, die wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Für uns war das insgesamt eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Eine bestätigte Buchung sollte verbindlich sein, unabhängig davon, welche anderen Gäste später noch kurzfristig untergebracht werden sollen. Wir können dieses Hotel daher nicht empfehlen.

Gute Lage, Personal beim Frühstück war mit gegenseitigen anflirten beschäftigt die Gäste waren eher störend!

Superbe Hôtel! Très calme, une literie très confortable, des chambres très charmantes, le tout avec un accueil formidable. Seul bémol, les rideaux qui laissent une partie de la lumière rentrer.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and still wasn’t ready till after 4pm. The hotel is lovely, food in restaurant was nice and staff friendly. Room was a good size. Housekeeping was very slow and our rooms were often not cleaned till after 4pm. Cocktail bar not open till 4Pm but you could get a wine. Handy location to train station and lake.
