Good location, nice room

酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。

Good location, convenient carpark

Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich.

El hotel es muy cómodo y su persiana es muy amable. La decoración del hotel es de otro nivel.

Tatsächlich hat mir der Aufenthalt nicht entsprochen. Das fing schon bei der Begrüssung an der Rezeption an, weil als erstes die Kreditkarte verlangt wurde mit der Ankündigung, dass CHF 50 abgebucht werden. Es wurde mir versichert, dass der Betrag bei der Abreise zurückerstattet werde, wenn nichts vorfalle oder ich nichts konsumieren werde. Als ich dann unmissverständlich äusserte, dass mir dies europaweit noch nie passiert sei. verzichtete die Dame dann auf diese Aktion. Das Zimmer war gross, aber zu wenig geheizt. Die Klimaanlage, wo ich etwas mehr heizen wollte, war (extern) ausgeschalten. Nachts benutzte ich dann beide Decken, womit ich dann warm genug hatte zum Schlafen. Nachts drank trotz gezogener Vorhänge Licht ins Zimmer; die davor liegende Strasse war die ganze Nacht hell beleuchtet. Früh morgens (ab 05:00) wurde es von der Strasse her laut. Trotz geschlossenem Fenstern war an ein Weiterschlafen nicht mehr zu denken. Ein erholsamer Hotelaufenthalt stelle ich mir anders vor.

Personale super gentile, posizione comoda sia per soste di pochi giorni perché ottima per il centro di Ginevra, che per soste più lunghe . Le stanze pulite ma la differenza la fa sicuramente la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre est lumineuse, bien agencée, quant au personnel il est très arrangeant en cas de problème et également très sympathique. La salle de sport est correcte, il y a assez de matériel pour faire une séance complète en vacances.

The staff were friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. Nice ambience when we arrived, check in process was nice and quick. Room was cleaned daily. Nice areas to sit by reception. Location was great as only 10 mins from train station, also has access to trams and you can walk to the lake in under 5 mins and follow into centre of Geneva

We had a lovely room. The reception staff were welcoming, very professional and extremely helpful.

The room was comfortable. Bed was spacious. Just the one pillow. Nice bathroom and very good shower albeit it was a bit finicky switching between monsoon shower and spray. Good choice of shampoos etc. The room was cleaned and bedding changed to a very high and thoughtful standard which was really appreciated. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located for the lakeside, transport and main train station. No view from the hotel itself. There are mood lights which sound very nice but we found them rather unnecessary. In addition they had the habit of switching on at the control panel independently in the middle of the night which was ironic and contrary to mood lights. Woke me up. The staff were okay. Friendly but not exceptional at the desk. Housekeeping always said good morning. We arrived at noon and were kindly allowed to store our bags. Staff on reception told us our bags would be taken to our rooms for three o clock which is check in time. We returned after three to find bags still behind the counter and when we went to our rooms they were still being prepared and housekeeping were in them. Breakfast was okay. As you would expect. Nothing exceptional. One small thing was there were no small jugs to pour the milk from. This meant that when you brewed your tea yiy either had to go back the counter to pour from a large milk jug into a small cup. IE too much milk and spillage or pour into a second cup and transfer into your teacup at the table. Awkward.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff, immaculate rooms and great selection for breakfast.

Sijainti vähän syrjäinen, käveleminen illalla ei ollut mukava. Äänekäs Ilmastointi puhalsi kuuma pölyisen ilma, piti avata ikkunaa. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja auttavainen.
