兰格德酒店

This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling luggages after a long day and the high altitude of the location.

Hotel位置雖然離火車站較遠，對於拖運行李的旅客會比較累，但是車站從左方的停車場電梯上去，會快很多。 房間乾凈舒適，接待人員熱情，早餐豐富，搭配湖景餐廳很棒‼

典雅高貴氣質的飯店，接待親確，早餐豐富，值得推薦大家入住， 飯店位置在山坡上，拉行旅去飯店是有點吃力

雖然飯店的位置不在聖莫理茨的最理想的點，略走一段路，卻可換得超級美景; 早餐相當美味，價位也相當合理

I cannot say no more than this is one of the best experience of my stays in Switzerland.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einige hatten auch Seeblick, was wunderbar war! Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und hilfreich, meine Anliegen konnte ich sehr unkompliziert mit ihnen anschauen.

Localização otima com acesso fácil e otimo atendimento, que nao é 24hs. O quarto confortavel com bom espaço vista deslumbrante que faz vc esquecer qualquer outro detalhe mas com o fato um pouco desagradável da falta de frigobar e ar condidionado e mas a janela ajuda. Experiencia muito boa no resumo, recomendo.

Bonito, bem localizado, quarto e banheiro grandes. Vale o que cobra.

Lovely team and suitably located in the centre of town

No centro da cidade ! Tudo muito encantador ! A vista do restaurante é maravilhosa .

Hotel pequeno, bom café da manhã, localização excelente. Tivemos um problema com a moça da recepção, desde do início não foi uma pessoa gentil! Na saída não vimos que o check-out era 11hs, chegamos pra sair as 12hs como a maioria dos hoteis, nos cobrou 50 Francos e não quis falar com a gerente sobre retirar essa cobrança. Também cobrou a vaga de carro na rua ao lado do hotel mais 25 francos por dia. Não fomos avisados nem um momento que pagariamos o estacionamento na rua, onde qualquer carro poderia parar. Diferente dessa moça da recepção, os outros funcionários foram gentis.

Espetacular!

Room in decent condition. Housekeeping good for first few days but dropped off badly for the second half of the stay - dirty cups not replaced with clean, sugar sachets and teabags not replenished, etc. However my main reason for dissatisfaction is that I overheard some other guests being told that there was a ‘small’ breakfast option that didn’t cost as much as the full 24CHF buffet breakfast. I was not aware of this as there is mention of it on this site. If I had known, I could have saved myself the hassle of bringing supplies to keep my costs down during my stay. Better advertisement of the small breakfast option would have meant me spending extra money with them, too.
