This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling luggages after a long day and the high altitude of the location.

Hotel位置雖然離火車站較遠，對於拖運行李的旅客會比較累，但是車站從左方的停車場電梯上去，會快很多。 房間乾凈舒適，接待人員熱情，早餐豐富，搭配湖景餐廳很棒‼

典雅高貴氣質的飯店，接待親確，早餐豐富，值得推薦大家入住， 飯店位置在山坡上，拉行旅去飯店是有點吃力

雖然飯店的位置不在聖莫理茨的最理想的點，略走一段路，卻可換得超級美景; 早餐相當美味，價位也相當合理

Location is good. We had a very poor stay. The room was very outdated, bed was extremely uncomfortable, difficult to sleep, and the staff woman at the desk was rude.

Charming old little European hotel. Lady at the front desk was super sweet.

From the moment you step through the doors, you are wrapped in a warmth that feels more like visiting a beloved relative than staying at a hotel. The interior is wonderfully "quaint" in the best sense of the word, cozy nooks, classic Alpine decor.However, the real showstopper is the view. Waking up to the panoramic vista of the shimmering lake against the backdrop of the snow-capped peaks is nothing short of magical. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee gazing out your window, the scenery is utterly unforgettable. Location-wise, you simply cannot beat it. The hotel is perfectly positioned just a stone's throw from the heart of the village, making it incredibly convenient to pop out to the boutiques and charming restaurants. Despite being so central, we always felt completely safe and secure, enjoying peaceful strolls even in the evening. The staff are the true soul of this hotel. They are genuinely friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to ensure you feel at home, offering great local tips with a smile. And after a long day of exploring, sinking into the comfortable, plush bedding was amazing and just what we needed. We will be back! Thank you.

Great view and clean, well designed room

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, the staff were helpful and professional, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, and overall the hotel provided a very enjoyable experience. The only minor disappointment was the late check-out policy. Our train wasn’t until 4:00 PM, so we asked if we could stay just a little longer. We were informed that check-out was by 11:30 AM, and extending it until noon would cost an additional €54. Given that we had stayed for three nights, we felt that a little flexibility for an extra 30 minutes would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, we respected the policy and checked out before 11:30. Despite this small issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The comfortable room, great view, excellent location, and attentive staff made for a very pleasant experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved the spacious room we got. The hotel and room were traditionally furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs. We were allowed to store luggage before checking in and after checking out.
