The guy in the reception was very friendly and even told us a bit of history of the hotel and the incoming events at St Moritz..He also helped us with my wife's hand bag when she left it..

Stay was wonderful but due to a death in my family I was unable to use one of the nights and they wouldn’t provide me any refund. Not even a partial refund.

The best feature of the Languard Hotel is the old world charm and the wonderful friendly service from the staff. St Moritz may be where the hoi-polloi come to play, but for the rest of us the place to stay is Languard.

Really positive experience at the Languard. The hotel couldn’t be more centrally located in St. Moritz and every thing was very accessible from the hotel. The room was clean and spacious and did have any major functional issues. The staff is kind and helpful. The only issue that I came across was the WiFi connection was a bit slow and sometimes would turn off. I don’t know if that is isolated to the room I stayed in, but if that was fixed, I’d rate my stay here a 10/10.

We loved the location. Easy to access the gondola for skiing and appreciated the hotel helping with a reduced lift ticket price. The staff were all friendly and the view of town from our corner room was superb! A charming hotel that we would enjoy staying at again.

Great location and the lady on reception was very helpful.
Very basic room for the price and the shower could do with a handle to get in and out but did the trick for what we needed it for
