This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling luggages after a long day and the high altitude of the location.

Hotel位置雖然離火車站較遠，對於拖運行李的旅客會比較累，但是車站從左方的停車場電梯上去，會快很多。 房間乾凈舒適，接待人員熱情，早餐豐富，搭配湖景餐廳很棒‼

典雅高貴氣質的飯店，接待親確，早餐豐富，值得推薦大家入住， 飯店位置在山坡上，拉行旅去飯店是有點吃力

雖然飯店的位置不在聖莫理茨的最理想的點，略走一段路，卻可換得超級美景; 早餐相當美味，價位也相當合理

I cannot say no more than this is one of the best experience of my stays in Switzerland.

I booked this hotel primarily for the view of Lake St. Moritz and the more reasonable room rates. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel which was approx. 25CHF as it is a very steep walk even with the escalators. The gal that checked us in was very friendly, helpful and provided a good overview of the hotel and town. We did not book the room with breakfast and both mornings walked down to the Hauser Hotel for a perfect breakfast more like back home. We did wish the hotel offered in room coffee but there was none in our room. The room was a bit dated but huge and while the windows were large, you could not open them as they are old and fragile. I will say this was one of the most comfortable beds we slept in over our 2 week trip! I would recommend this hotel if you visit St. Moritz.

Clean room. Functional. Close to the station by walk. Best to take a taxi from the station if you have luggage. Breakfast was somewhat limited but staisfactory. Staff was courteous and helpful. Strict check in policy at 3 pm. All in all I enjoyed my stay. The view from the breakfast area is nice although there is some construction equipment obstructing the view.

Clean and comfortable room, excellent and incredible views from both the room and the breakfast area. The restaurant had delicious offerings and the breakfast buffet was large and had many great choices. We would absolutely stay here again.

Das Zimmer war nett, die Aussicht super. Etwas zu teuer empfanden wir die Preise fürs Frühstück. Man kann wählen zwischen Continental für CHF 25.00 oder CHF 10.00 für ein kleines Frühstück, bestehend aus Kaffee und 1 Gipfeli. Das Hotel ist für Kurzaufenthalte empfehlenswert, auch von der Lage her.

This hotel is really old and needs some remodeling. The carpet is so old that I felt like I had an allergy. Floors were squicky

Charming older property, with fantastic views of the lake. Rooms are dated, with wood paneling throughout, but are in good shape. The hotel is a bit of an uphill hike from the train station. It would have been nice if a transit pass was included with the stay, but apparently was not during my particular visit.
