苏黎世美爵酒店

酒店不在市区，不过不影响住宿体验。酒店比较新，装修也时尚。周边商务楼，看到有旅行团入住。房间不大，但设计不错，盥洗室全透明且设计合理。楼下有超市方便。

No fridge in room. But the other things are quite comprehensive .

Le séjour s’est bien passé et le plus c’est qu’on a pu avoir notre chambre à l’arrivée 12h. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le seul bémol est pas de bouteille dans la chambre alors qu’il y’a des verres prévus

Muy servicial , acogedor y buenas instalaciones . Esta un poco lejos de los lugares turisticos

Had an excellent stay here for one night. Check in and check out process was smooth. We were even given our room earlier than check in time as we had arrived early in Zurich. The room/ beds were extremely comfortable- we had a good night’s sleep. The hotel itself is very close to train station and therefore very easy to commute to anywhere.

Magnifique hôtel à proximité des transports en commun et tout près du centre de Zurich.

Had a great experience here with my family! Staff was great and very helpful. Room was new and clean. Gym also had enough equipment for a quick workout. Thank you!!

Very comfortable well located hotel, rooftop jacuzzi a bonus

Hotel próximo da estação de trem. Tem funcionários muito prestativos, quarto bem amplo e com cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso. Mesas e cadeiras de apoio. A rua tem pouco movimento e poucas opções perto de lazer. A TV poderia ter opções de outros países ou disponibilizar streamings. No meu caso, percebi que o sofá do quarto não foi bem limpo.

Staff was not helpful.

There were a lot of windows and one of them was missing a curtain, so it was impossible to sleep once the sun came up. The second night, we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed, which helped a little. Also, the wall between the bedroom and bathroom was frosted glass, so when I went into the bathroom early to get ready for the day, the light in the bathroom came through the wall and into the bedroom where my husband was trying to sleep; he had to put a pillow over his face. We enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub. And we enjoyed having a COOP just a few steps away. You’re also steps away from public transportation.

Väldigt trevligt hotell med god frukost. Tågstationen låg nära och med tåget var det enbart 6 minuter till central stationen, så man var ”nära till allt”. Rummet var väldigt fräscht och man har även tillgång till gym och bastu.

Très déçu par cet Hotel hormis l'emplacement et l'espace Sauna. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous : le petit-déjeuner n'est pas "Great" comme il est fait mention dans les avis (de la quantité, peut-être, mais pas de la qualité, un buffet pour les groupes !); point noir, la climatisation qui est permanente et que l'on ne peut pas du tout régler, nous nous sommes gelés dans la chambre.....température trop froide pour dormir sans couette, par contre, sous la couette...trop chaud ; la literie est à revoir, j'ai du tourner mon matelas pour éviter un affaissement. L'Hotel ne fait que 4 étages, contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait croire en voyant les photos : les étages supérieurs ne font pas partie de l'hotel ! Nous avons fait part au Staff de tous ces désagréments, ils nous ont proposé de nous procurer un chauffage d'appoint....en plein été, on marche sur la tête....nous qui avons eu la naïveté de penser que la Suisse était à la pointe de l'écologie !!!!! Pas sûr que nous y revenions.

Great staff, facilities and accommodations. Short train ride away from Zurich HB

Leider ist der Wechsel vom Aja Resort zu Mercure Zürich City aus unserer Sicht negativ ausgefallen. Ambiente wie auch das Personal weniger sympathisch. Warum das wunderschön gestaltete und vermutlich teuer erstellte Restaurant geschlossen bzw abgebrochen wurde, bleibt uns ein Rätsel. Parkplätze wurden um das Doppelte teurer. Werden nach vielen Aufenthalten wohl nicht wieder kommen. Schade !

Breakfast remained same for all the 5-6 days we stayed . Some front desk staff were less friendly while other were kind.
