The balcony view was superb with the lake and city view. The breakfast was also excellent with the variety of choices and it's also delicious. The hotel room is also spacious and modern with a bar inside for guest to get free drinks. Only downside is the Safran restaurant where they didn't fully honor our drink voucher given by hotel mona and pasta was also not that good there (e.g. Fusili).

1. Great Location. You can have a great view of thé Lake.
2. Bed is really comfortable
3. Staffs are friendly, provide you the solutions to your questions and help you to solve thé problem.
Things to improve,
The reason I didn't give full points to environnement is that
1. the ventilation of the bathroom is not good that I need to open the windows to feel less humid after bathing.
2. the outdoor unit of air conditioner is set at the balcony which makes you feel hot when you sit at the balcony because the air conditioner is venting hot air toward you.

front desk service has quite different manner depend on who you're asking. But, the lake view from room is perfect. Breakfast is reasonable good. Right in front of the lake is a big plus.

Great Lake view. Friendly staff. Very convenient location.
One minor comment is that the main elevator is very small. So if u have big or a few luggages, u may have to wait for a long time. There is a bigger one at the back, perhaps the front desk staff should let us know earlier instead of us finding out when being told by other guests

The only thing that was good is the location which was right on the lake. Rooms were tiny and the condition was more of a three star motel, beat up old floors, old furniture, etc. bathroom was even tinier with barely enough room to move. The only good thing was the lake view from the window. I would not stay there again.
