Adoramos o Hotel quarto amplo com vista para o Lago e os alpes, tem dois restaurantes nele, o atendimento da Lara que fala portugues foi otimo, e um hotel antigo que foi reformado e esta todo tecnológico desde o check in por email, tem estacionamento interno bom com conexao para o hotel, o frigobar e free o que achamos otimo, o cafe da manha nao tomamos pois achamos muito caro por pessoas 40 Euros o que precisa melhorar a cama para minha filha no sofa cama nao era muito confortável e o sinal de WIFI no 12 andar estava bem ruim, mas voltaria aqui com certeza

The reason I didn't give full points to environnement is that
1. the ventilation of the bathroom is not good that I need to open the windows to feel less humid after bathing.
2. the outdoor unit of air conditioner is set at the balcony which makes you feel hot when you sit at the balcony because the air conditioner is venting hot air toward you.

front desk service has quite different manner depend on who you're asking. But, the lake view from room is perfect. Breakfast is reasonable good. Right in front of the lake is a big plus.

Great Lake view. Friendly staff. Very convenient location.
One minor comment is that the main elevator is very small. So if u have big or a few luggages, u may have to wait for a long time. There is a bigger one at the back, perhaps the front desk staff should let us know earlier instead of us finding out when being told by other guests

Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. The room was light, clean, had drinks and toiletries! Had a great sleep apart from people screaming on the street. The free coffee and sweets were a great touch and when we left they provided bottled water. I wish i had time for the sauna and steam! Across the road from Montreux train station and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Free local travel with the riveria card too! Cannot fault this hotel. Would reccomend to all x
