Goods to mention, 1. Great Location. You can have a great view of thé Lake. 2. Bed is really comfortable 3. Staffs are friendly, provide you the solutions to your questions and help you to solve thé problem. Things to improve, The reason I didn't give full points to environnement is that 1. the ventilation of the bathroom is not good that I need to open the windows to feel less humid after bathing. 2. the outdoor unit of air conditioner is set at the balcony which makes you feel hot when you sit at the balcony because the air conditioner is venting hot air toward you.

Great Lake view. Friendly staff. Very convenient location. One minor comment is that the main elevator is very small. So if u have big or a few luggages, u may have to wait for a long time. There is a bigger one at the back, perhaps the front desk staff should let us know earlier instead of us finding out when being told by other guests

Der Service war sehr freundlich und der Eingangsbereich/Restaurant sehr schön modernisiert. Die Parkplätze sind für größere Fahrzeuge etwas schmal & in unserem Panorama-Zimmer fehlte ein wenig die Liebe zum Detail bei der Renovierung. Alte Türen, die nicht schließen. Wenig wertiges Mobilar. Unvollständige Abdeckung an der Wand. Lage & Ausblick phänomenal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed in one of the panoramic rooms -only way to do it. Incredible views. Rooms are clean, need a little pain touch up but otherwise great. We had a little balcony that was nice for sitting/relaxing. 24hr coffee/treat area was super cute and convenient. Location was great for exploring and train station. Spa was small but nice. The sauna doesn't get super hot and the steam room is crazy hot but otherwise it was nice to have them. Would def come back for nicer weather as they had a lot of outdoor spaces and outdoor bar that looked fun.
