staff was super friendly and helpful, hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the Christmas market right outside the back door and you’ll definitely want to the breakfast, so good!!

1. Great Location. You can have a great view of thé Lake.
2. Bed is really comfortable
3. Staffs are friendly, provide you the solutions to your questions and help you to solve thé problem.
Things to improve,
The reason I didn't give full points to environnement is that
1. the ventilation of the bathroom is not good that I need to open the windows to feel less humid after bathing.
2. the outdoor unit of air conditioner is set at the balcony which makes you feel hot when you sit at the balcony because the air conditioner is venting hot air toward you.

Great Lake view. Friendly staff. Very convenient location.
One minor comment is that the main elevator is very small. So if u have big or a few luggages, u may have to wait for a long time. There is a bigger one at the back, perhaps the front desk staff should let us know earlier instead of us finding out when being told by other guests

Never ate breakfast at the hotel. Coffee and tea available all day in lobby. Lobby Bar was excellent. Overall a 10/10. Staff room location perfect. Wonderful will go back and recommend to others. Wonderful trip to the Christmas Markets!!!
