Clean room, excellent views, fantastic breakfast, and wonderful stuff. Could not ask for a better location. We enjoyed the fitness room and yoga class as well.

We enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel is good, the room is spacious, cozy and with a lovely sea-view.The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment/ surrounding is nice. We tried the restaurant ~ Safran at night, the food and environment is quite good. But if you decided to walk to the hotel fm train station, remember to follow the blue line on the ground to the left, you can access to the lift easily. Besides, there are around tens steps to get access to the lobby fm the main door, in case you got lots of big luggages with you, then will be in trouble.

Goods to mention, 1. Great Location. You can have a great view of thé Lake. 2. Bed is really comfortable 3. Staffs are friendly, provide you the solutions to your questions and help you to solve thé problem. Things to improve, The reason I didn't give full points to environnement is that 1. the ventilation of the bathroom is not good that I need to open the windows to feel less humid after bathing. 2. the outdoor unit of air conditioner is set at the balcony which makes you feel hot when you sit at the balcony because the air conditioner is venting hot air toward you.

The hotel did not bother to advise us in advance that due to the Montreux Jazz Festival we would not be able to park in their parking . The sheets were very poor quality . The view and location is excellent but that’s about it

Location, location, location. That’s really the saving grace for this property but everything else feels like they’ve been coasting for the last twenty years. Staff was fine, nothing standout. One nice touch was that minibar was included each day. Room did have AC. Room was basic, TV was mounted 15’ from bed and was about 22” model, definitely need an upgrade. Bidet didn’t work, shower/tub was older narrow claustrophobic size. Most egregious issue was Wi-Fi didn’t work, it would drop every minute or so for a few minutes. Tried both guest and seminar Sid’s, both had same issue. This is a real deal breaker for a 500CHF a night room.
