You just can’t beat the location of this hotel. Montreux is breathtaking and having the ability to walk out of my room, take an elevator down, walk out the doors and immediately be met with Lake Geneva is absolutely magic. The staff here were so incredibly kind, professional and helpful! Any time I walked by the desk leaving or coming back, I was greeted with a “bonjour” and a smile. I had the panoramic room with my balcony facing the lake and was able to get views of both the city as well as the alps. Every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in a green screen. Just stunning! Housekeeping always came nice and early so everything was turned down by the time I got back after my daily explorations and the room was spotless. The rooftop hot tub and the sauna were also great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Both Aldriana and Taisiia at the front desk were very helpful and professional. Everyone else acted as if we were an interuption. Not good. The daily breakfast was good and the breakfast room staff was good, until our last morning (Sunday), the woman we delt with suddenly turned sour and argumentative.over a cup of coffee, unbelievable. The biggest debacle was laundry. No one tells you about the procedure at checked in, just that it’s free on the 8th floor. Beware: you need a special card, that of course they are out of. Worst experience ever, Although aMargot was helpful, I wasted hours and was truly frustrated, to make matters worse I requested to speak to the Manager, no response, no follow up, I figure this culture of bad service starts at the top: either the Manager couldn’t be bothered or was never informed, not good. Also every morning the water jug was empty, the trash overflowing and smelly. I won’t return.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we had a good view from our room. The breakfast was good but expensive if don’t eat much. We were disappointed with the service at the Le Safran restaurant. The service towards the people that spoke French was very good. We ordered a bottle wine and it was delivered to our table and he didn’t open it. We had to call the waiter to open it. Again, we had to get the waiter attention to order our meal. Yes, we should have left, but I thought let’s try it. We didn’t go back! We were Disappointed with their services. Thanks!

We stayed in one of the panoramic rooms -only way to do it. Incredible views. Rooms are clean, need a little pain touch up but otherwise great. We had a little balcony that was nice for sitting/relaxing. 24hr coffee/treat area was super cute and convenient. Location was great for exploring and train station. Spa was small but nice. The sauna doesn't get super hot and the steam room is crazy hot but otherwise it was nice to have them. Would def come back for nicer weather as they had a lot of outdoor spaces and outdoor bar that looked fun.
