Reception is friendly and helpful! The earliest shuttle bus to GVA airport starts from 4AM which is very convenient, only take about 5 mins from hotel to the airport.
Yet, a small problem to me is the room was not very neat due to a used towel just fell on the floor just when I opened the door.

The hotel building, the shuttle bus and the room was good except that the shower is very weak ( water pressure was too low) which i could not have a good bath. It deducted quite a lot of marks for me

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to France, allowing us to spend a day in Geneva. The rooms were ready early (midday) meaning we could freshen up after our early flight before heading into town.
The service on the desk was excellent. They even provided us with free passes for local transport so we could get into Geneva easily (20 mins on the bus).
The restaurant was ok. Typical of all food in Geneva, it was expensive, but the quality was decent and the service good. Overall, a good night stay and would recommend.

Pas de soucis de Clim comme lu par ailleurs
Par contre le bruit provenant du couloir peut être gênant, avec ce grand couloir large dessservant les chambres de l’étage sans porte intermédiaire, mal conçu de ce côté là. Sinon agréable et navette pratique
