The airport shuttle was very convenient.

We are staying here every year and really loving this hotel

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to France, allowing us to spend a day in Geneva. The rooms were ready early (midday) meaning we could freshen up after our early flight before heading into town. The service on the desk was excellent. They even provided us with free passes for local transport so we could get into Geneva easily (20 mins on the bus). The restaurant was ok. Typical of all food in Geneva, it was expensive, but the quality was decent and the service good. Overall, a good night stay and would recommend.

Very clean and up to date property. Loved the location relative to the Geneva airport.

Very convenient for the airport

Very small rooms, some staff were unfriendly, and the socket plugs near the beds didn’t work. The restaurant food was terrible. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay

Hôtel très correct Pas de soucis de Clim comme lu par ailleurs Par contre le bruit provenant du couloir peut être gênant, avec ce grand couloir large dessservant les chambres de l’étage sans porte intermédiaire, mal conçu de ce côté là. Sinon agréable et navette pratique

Fine for 1 night stay tho little room to open suitcases. Nice atmosphere in bar. Shuttle service excellent

Great value for an airport hotel, in excellent condition. Shuttle service was great and access to Geneva via bus was excellent.

Excellent staff in the restaurant , very friendly

The place is across from the airport. The free shuttle was great. It comes every 10 mins i think. The drivers are helpful with the luggage. The day staff was wonderful. She's very courteous and not all business. She informed us about the free transportation/train if tourists stay in a hotel in Geneva which i don't know about. Forget about getting internet connection/wifi once you checked out and hang around the lobby to wait for your flight. The staff told us how to login but didn't realize that you have to get some kind of passcode on your phone that you didn't have connection to begin with. The set up was just a little weird/complicated unless I was missing something, Our flight was not scheduled until after midnight but the hotel was good enough to store our luggage till we were ready to got to the airport. The w/e staff was a bit abrupt but I guess when you have people trying to check in on a Sunday evening could be a bit stressful.

Muy buen hotel cerca de aeropuerto con shuttle gratuito al y del aeropuerto. Cerca de parada de buses , restaurantes, gasolinera. Lo único de decir le falta poner poco de cuidado en la limpieza del cuarto ,personal en la área de recepción muy amable

Useful when you have to take a flight early morning

Poor air condition. Access to shuttle is totally unsafe, no lights on the down steps to reach the shuttle. I almost fell. Shuttle schedule is not respected. Driver left at 4.45am instead of 5am!
