Our stay was pleasant overall, but I believe the in-room facilities could benefit from some upgrades, particularly in the bathroom area.

Vi hade en fin vistelse men problem med småflugor på rummet som var där när vi checkade in! Annars i övrigt var det fint.

Our stay here was great. Easy to check-in and there's a Co-op right next door. One of the elevators smelled like pee and the sheets on our bed were damp when we arrrived, like they had been put on wet but other than that it was a great hotel room and location.

Greit hotell med buss stasjon rett på utsiden med online til sentrum. Men også gåavstand for dem som liker å gå.

La propiedad es moderna y amplia, sus espacios son muy agradables, teníamos a nuestra disposición un máquina con diferentes cafés lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy contentos, las habitaciones son amplias y con vistas hermosas. Cerca se encuentra el jardín de las rosas y la casa de los osos, lo que pudimos apreciar con tanta facilidad. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables.

Notre séjour était plutôt agréable, seul bémol lorsque vous voulez un nettoyage de votre chambre pendant le séjour il changent uniquement les serviettes ( ils ne changent ni les draps et ne passent pas l'aspirateur). Les draps je peux encore comprendre mais le sol je ne trouve pas ça normal. Mise à part cela, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est super bien et le petit déjeuner est convenable.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and bed was comfy. Nice hot drinks in the lobby. Staff was very welcoming and helpful! It’s close to Rose Garden with a good restaurant there and an amazing view of old town, very convenient bus stops near the hotel to get anywhere. Plus Coop supermarket is next to the hotel. Good location! Nice rooftop terrace.

When we arrived noticed immediately it was a dirty hotel. Floors in lobby and halls all stained. When we finally got our room they clearly put the used sheets back on as there were hairs on the pillow and in the bed. There was hair in the shower still there. I had to do work but the wifi was so poor it took me 4x as long to do my normal work and I couldn’t do it from my room I had to go to the lobby. My daughter was just travelling in Europe in hostels and was with us and said the hostels which were a fraction the cost were cleaner. They gave us another room but the air conditioning didn’t work and it was so hot we couldn’t sleep. The only decent thing was the staff tried to accomodate but they can only do so much with what they had to work with I never ever leave reviews, but this was such a poor experience I had to let people know to beware.

Quiet, comfortable bed, beautiful terrace view, clean and functional.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’explication pour les volets, l’air conditionné ou encore qu’il n’y ait qu’une chaise pour 2 personnes. Pas de verre dans la salle de bain. C’est « concept ». Accueil à la réception excellent.

​I booked a room for two adults and one child (age 5), fully expecting to be provided with appropriate accommodations for three people. However, upon entering the room, we were shocked to find only a single bed. When I went to reception to correct the mistake, I was informed that it is the hotel's policy not to provide a separate bed for a child of that age. This is completely unacceptable and frankly, a disgraceful policy. ​What's even more concerning is the lack of clarity on Expedia's website. The room was advertised without any mention of this policy, leading me to believe we would have a suitable sleeping arrangement for my child. To make matters worse, only two pillows and two towels were provided, which further highlighted the hotel's unpreparedness and lack of attention to basic guest needs. This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had while traveling.

Excellent service and bed comfort.

Bon hôtel avec très grand parking sous terrain. Accès facile en ville à pied ou en bus avec la carte de transport offerte. Roof top très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et agréable, propre et literie confortable, wifi ok, petit déjeuner varié. Seul points négatifs avec les chambres au niveau inférieur : il y a deux marches entre la chambre et la salle de bain, et toutes les portes claquent très fort et cela fait quasiment trembler tout le bâtiment dès 6h du matin jusque 8h30. Donc parfait sauf qu'il faut demander une chambre en étages supérieurs. Pensez-y ....
