Clean, neat and quiet enough. Great breakfast and I did enjoy the stay.

Excellent location to explore Zurich and station (Zurich HB). Bed is comfortable, WiFi is fast. Very efficient checking in and out and wonderful staff. Nice breakfast with many options. *Without fridge, electric kettle and tea cup in room.

Well-situated, this place is close to the train station and the river. There were plenty of places to eat to choose from.

Great staff. Bar is nice. Super close to everything.

Check in procedure was poor and didn’t feel welcome. Information about the city was not forthcoming and was left to ourselves to find an information centre to find what to do in this beautiful city

We were on the top floor. It was very tight and warm.

Ruby Mimi is located very centrally however the hotel is practically self service, no frills, no services, no bellman, terrible air conditioning and uncomfortable accommodations.

I enjoyed Ruby Mimi very much. The location is absolutely perfect. Check in and check out a breeze. People are extremely kind and helpful. The place is beautiful. The bar downstairs was great as well. I’d recommend you include breakfast when making a reservation and to fill out the forms in advance to make things easier.

Hotel was nice but very small. Good place for a one night stay but that’s about it. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The property is well suited but beware if the catch. The picture showed aroo. Which was small but looked reasonable. The room we got was on the top floor. Everything squeezed into 10 sq m and no real view. Luckily we stayed for only two nights. Another night would have driven us crazy. The price difference for abetter room is not all that much so careful what you book. Also the water oressure was low and also there was a problem withhot water. In the room we were in "The nest" AVOID AT ALL COST.

Great location but room was very small with no place to put clothes. Also no hot water for tea or coffee.
