Convenient location near main Bahnhoff and starting areas for various tours. Very helpful staff! We booked a “Cosy” which was much too cosy for us. Felt very cramped while in room. We would stay here again but would choose a larger room.

Clean cool and thought of everything. Galleys were stocked up, 24hr bar, cinema. What a cool place will be back

Rooms are rather small. Service was ok. Breakfast is 30€ which is expensive for the pastries they offer. The location is fantastic. If you are a young college student or a tourist on the go all day like me stay here, if you are an adult and expect a bit more of a luxurious experience this place falls a bit short. It is affordable and you’ll get what you pay for.

We stayed for 3 nights in Zurich. This hotel is in an amazing location just steps from the main train station (Zurich HB), old town, and was quite comfortable.

Nice place and great location, friendly staff which let us check in a lot earlier which was great. HOWEVER: - We booked a cozy room, which looked spacious on the picture and it was tiny. There was a chair on the room pictures that I’d love to see them try to fit in there. I complained as I thought they gave us the best room they said that was it. Perhaps we got unlucky as there was a wall structure there with dead space. BTW, that corner could do with some paint. - TV does not let you connect to Netflix, you can only see dubbed German TV

Beautiful stay in a great location

We stayed for one day during our transit to the airport. The hotel is across the street from the train station. The breakfast buffet is a must, IMO, as good coffee shops are hard to find on Sundays.

Loved the theme of the hotel!

Great location and staff. We paid a tad more for the balcony that overlooked a parking lot. We enjoyed watching a movie on the movie room. I even left a bag and they helped me mail it back.

very charming and easily accessible hotel

It s just 3 mins walk from the train station. Supermarkets like coop and migro are around the corner. Shopping area is also just next door. Really convenient. We were allowed to check in early like around 0900. The friend staff also helped us to change for another room promptly as we did not like the attic room they assigned.

Nice hotel, staff are friendly, bar and restaurant are very good. Rooms are also decent but honestly, very small.
