There are so many wonderful things to say about this hotel. From the cool, movie theme decor to the friendly and welcoming staff to finally the great food and drinks. The hostess gave us perfect suggestions to enjoy our first time in Zurich and we feel we made the most of our visit there. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and definitely get the breakfast there. The food was fresh and delicious. We would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The Ruby Mimi in Zurich is close to the train station, in the middle of the Old Town area, and convenient to most of the top areas if interest. The staff was extremely welcoming and the room was clean, spacious and bright. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

This hotel is perfect. I took the train in from the airport and walked just a few minutes to a quiet street to find Ruby Mini. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s centrally located with everything you need and the rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming. It has a fun and young vibe to it that made my trip to Zurich feel homey and safe. I would definitely stay here again and glad I found it for my first time there.

Excellent location to explore Zurich and station (Zurich HB). Bed is comfortable, WiFi is fast. Very efficient checking in and out and wonderful staff. Nice breakfast with many options.

We love the Ruby hotel brand, my only reservation is their rooms do not come with refrigerators. Please do your due diligence when booking for your needs. Other than that a wonderful and fun experience at Ruby!

Overpriced for an exceedingly small hotel room. The glassed in shower jutting out into the hotel room, while marketed as stylish / boutique was really a way to cram in more rooms per floor. The stand alone sink IN the hotel room rather than in the bathroom is another indication they hadn’t allocated sufficient living space per room. It was ok for a couple of nights, but there were likely better options. Do your due diligence before settling on this hotel. Convenience to the train station is all that it has going for it.

Very snarky clerk (guy) at check-in. Would recommend getting rid of him-
We stowed our bags and fortunately female clerk reassigned our room to 5th floor suite.
Loved it. Great view of historic district and very spacious. Zero on parking. Breakfast was good.
No sauna or workout room. A lot of dining options in the area.
