It is a very convenient location. Accessible and close to the station and town.

Clean, neat and quiet enough. Great breakfast and I did enjoy the stay.

Excellent location to explore Zurich and station (Zurich HB). Bed is comfortable, WiFi is fast. Very efficient checking in and out and wonderful staff. Nice breakfast with many options. *Without fridge, electric kettle and tea cup in room.

We had a good stay, perfect location close to the trains and we enjoyed the free cinema on the evening. Quite small room (the one called cosy) with no separate bathroom but worked for us for one night

Hotel is very conveniently located steps from train station and old town. Room was clean and modern. Staff were excellent- friendly and helpful. Only drawback was external noise coming from the street into the early morning.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Wished there was more drawer space. Hotel is close to Zürich HB, restaurants, and shops.

No electric kettle , no phone for reception , no fridge ac barely works and no proper dining area for breakfast. It’s inside the bar.

Location is great, staff are very helpful, A/C however is set to -3 temperature which doesn’t cool the room at all in this time of the year. Literally sweeting in the room despite the nice weather outdoors and had a miserable night sleep that ruined every next day. They said it is regulations!!

Amazing hotel right in the heart of it all! Steps to Old Town ( without the noise!) and upscale shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and the restaurant next door ( DuPont) was excellent!

I stayed at Ruby Mimi in Zurich and was unfortunately very disappointed with the experience. The hotel itself is stylish, but the level of service was far below what I expect — especially compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at through Hotels.com. The main issue was around a parking refund. At check-in, we were given instructions that already seemed confusing, but we followed them. At check-out, we were told the complete opposite — and instead of acknowledging the conflicting information from their own staff, the responsibility was placed on us as guests. When I asked for clarification, the issue was dismissed with a comment like “it’s only 11 CHF,” which came across as arrogant and unhelpful. For me, it’s not about the small amount, but about how you speak to and treat your guests. It’s simply not acceptable to shift blame onto customers when the error lies in the hotel’s own internal communication. I travel often and choose hotels based on honest reviews. I hope this helps other travelers make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.
