The hotel design was beautiful and overall was clean. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, they have a 5 star service. However, when I turned on the shower, 3 insects dropped from the shower head and completely shocked me. It was disgusting as they were dead. I wondered if the hotel staff forgot to close the balcony door and let in the insects. It gave me a good scare when they dropped. I wish the hotel could do a better job next time given that every other detail of this hotel was perfect. Also, one moth flew into my room during night and it disturbed my sleep. Given that there were no air conditioning, we had to open the balcony door for air, I wish the hotel could install window screening to prevent insects flying inside the room.

Absolutely the best hotel! The location and views of the Matterhorn were spectacular. The room was beautiful, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had incredible homemade pastries, granolas, and more. We would not stay anywhere else now that we have experienced the Schweizerhof Zermatt!!

Loved this hotel from the check agent, room cleanness, excellent housekeeping staff always greeting you with a smile, restaurant at night, the DJ in the lobby, nice bar staff and supervisor to the modern and chic hotel. Well located and convenient. Can’t wait to plan a new vacation there. Only negative is the spa gentleman very rude.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the location is fantastic, and the view of the Matterhorn if you choose one of those rooms is amazing.

Staff is top notch. Loved the ambiance and charm of the Swiss chalet. We upgraded our room to the have an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The amenities were top notch(e.g. Dyson hair dryer, iPad controls for the room). The hotel is designed without A/C to take advantage of the mountain air. The location is convenient to the train station ( 2 minute walk) and the restaurant is great (DJ played music while we had dinner). Not enough space to go on and on

The place was very convenient, beautiful interior, lovely staff, a great restaurant and bar plus several options on the area as well.

Loved the hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was modern. Has mini fridge, safe, 2 large included sparkling water glass containers, 3 apples, balcony, nice tv. Facilities include breakfast buffet, bar, basement pool and spa, fitness center. Our room supposedly had view of Matterhorn but it was too cloudy to see. Hotel is conveniently located near the train station and Gornergrat and bus station less than 5 min walk. Rolex and McDonald’s right across the street. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would come back here again if in Zermatt.

Can’t say enough about the great staff - welcoming and friendly; very helpful with directions and suggestions for activities. Service was impeccable in all regards. Food was delicious. Room was modern and clean. We would return in a heartbeat.

夫婦で3泊しました。マッターホルンビューの部屋からはマッターホルンがよく見えました。 毎日、ガス入りとノンガスの2本の水のボトルが無料で置いてありました。 また、すぐ近くにCOOPがあるので買い物も便利です。ただし、部屋にナイフやフォークの備え付けがありませんでした。電気ポットもなかったので、リクエストして借りました。 朝食は、生野菜はありませんが、ほうれん草の雑炊のようなご飯ものもあり、充実しているほうだと思います。

Staff was wonderful and hotel was great. Area around hotel was loud at night especially when windows had to be open due to no air conditioning.
