It is a self check-in hotel which you will get a link for unlock the doors, so make sure you mobile phone has enough battery (hotel has free wifi), luckily a friendly host stays there from 0800 to 2000 Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!! Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight

Comfortable stay , provide more socket space is better

I loved the community spaces and facilities, especially the roof top terrace. The room was efficient and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was apparent that everyone was happy to be there.

The only thing is the room is small but everything is too clean and the service was perfect

Minha estadia foi boa, porém a questão de não ter recepção foi um pouco tensa, precisa ter acesso internet, senão não consegue ativar as chaves para abrir as portas do hotel e do quarto.

El hotel está muy bien, l habitación muy confortable. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones comunes con frigorífico y café y té (free) En pleno centro histórico, lo recomiendo

Top Hotel!

The perfect hotel on a budget! This place has hostel vibes in the best possible way. The rooms are small but incredibly clean, modern, and pretty. The bedding was fluffy and so comfortable, and the shower was hands down my favorite of our entire Europe trip. While there isn’t a fridge in the room, there’s a great common area with a kitchen and coffee/tea machines where you can prepare food. There are also lots of cozy sitting areas that make it easy to enjoy takeout or grocery store meals. The location is fantastic—just an easy 8–10 minute walk from the train station, right in the beautiful old city of Bern. We were able to walk to all the major old city sights within 3–4 hours. On top of that, the shopping options in this area are endless—the best we experienced anywhere in Switzerland. There are also countless restaurants nearby and an immense selection of grocery stores, making it incredibly convenient for any type of traveler. Our particular room was one of the few that looked directly out onto a cement wall. We mentioned this to the host, who kindly invited us to meet in the common area (likely to try to switch our room), but since we were only there briefly and had already gone out exploring, we didn’t follow up. Even so, we really appreciated that the host was open to feedback. And in the end, that room did have the upside of extra privacy and quiet compared to others. Bella struttura in pieno centro che ti permette di girare Berna senza necessariamente prendere i mezzi. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a pochi metri dalla torre della guardia e dal suo mercato rionale. Al primo piano, tutti i clienti, possono usufruire di una cucina con te e caffè/ latte etc gratuito. L' unica pecca, a mio avviso, la scomodità dell'arredamento. Lavandino in mezzo alla stanza che sporca facilmente e soprattutto angolo doccia semi trasparente sempre sulla stanza. Insomma, poca privacy intima!

Adoramos esse hotel, diferente de todos os outros que pegamos durante a viagem. Processo de check in e check out todo virtual, bastante eficiente. Rooftop com uma vista incrível para a cidade. Área comum muito legal, com uma decoração de super bom gosto e máquina de café e água a vontade. O quarto também era super espaçoso, novamente, muito bem decorado. Localização excelente. Pontos negativos: o sofá cama para o terceiro hóspede. Muito, muito desconfortável, fazia uma vala no meio, além de extremamente barulhenta, qualquer mínimo movimento era capaz de acordar o quarto inteiro. O quarto era muito bom, merecia uma cama ou sofá cama melhor. O box do chuveiro permite que quem está no quarto veja a pessoa lá dentro se a luz tiver acessa. O ar condicionado apesar de ter controle no quarto, não funcionava, só ligou durante a noite.

Great location and excellent staff. The reception staff were super friendly and kind . Breakfast was amazing with great service and wide variety of options .mist attractions were within a 15 min walking radius. Room was relatively expensive but it is a boutique hotel .

Im Allgemeinen sauber und für eine Nacht ok. Man muss allerdings alles digital selbst machen, TV geht nur im Gemeinschaftsraum und nur wenn man Abbos hat. Gepäck nicht möglich unterzustellen. Die Zimmer in normaler Kategorie sehr eng, Fenster lässt sich nur Kippen und mit Blick auf Hinterhof auf brummende Klima. Für das Geld hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Chambre petite (cosy) mais très astucieusement organisée. Cuisine en commun propre, toujours disponible malgré l’hôtel plein. Terrasse idem, peu de monde et vue idéale sur la ville. Situation très centrale. En synthèse, hôtel top.

I really enjoyed the cooking facilities and lounge area on the first floor. As my room as small it was a good place to relax when I wasn't out and about. I was a little apprehensive about the digital keys on the app at first but it worked very well. I was very pleased to be able to access my room early as it was available and to be able to leave my luggage and continue to use the communal areas for 7 hours between check out for the room and 6pm. Much appreciated as my train was at 4pm. Room was very quiet despite both the hotel and the area being busy. Lovely place to stay. It is also a really convenient 3 mins walk from the station - once you get out of the labarynthine station complex.
