飯店離Lucerne車站很近，距離垂死獅子像大約走路10分鐘，非常方便。廚房器具很齊全，乾淨，環境安全，非常推薦。

Choosing a room with private bathroom but it wasn’t “in the room” . You have to go the opposite room every time and the bathroom had no locked. That means every ppl can go your toilet and use your facilities. Moreover, the shower is very weak. The water volume is very small. It was a very bad experience in Swiss ever. The self check in service is so stubborn and not supported by the latest iPhone. The owner always call us to scan the QR code but it was failed and error!! Very bad experience.

New and neat new hotel, but you guys really need to send out the reservation code because apparently lots of people didn’t get it. If you want ppl to have a smooth self check in make sure you send out all the necessary information

Great space and atmoshere. Room was large and area very convenient. Old town area so had some sewage smell from the drain which was not pleasant in our room. Went to complete laundry but the washer was smelly and needed to be cleaned. We ran a clean cycle and advised the 3rd party app but they would not refund the invoice of $3 even though we disclosed the issue. Free tea was nice touch. Would stay again.

The property has self check in, which was complicated because the email with the passcode was sent to an Expedia email making it not easy to find. The room was very cramped but clean. If you have any accessibility issues this place would be difficult because of the number of stairs.

The room was extremely basic and bathroom was small. Shower water caused puddles on the floor. It had a hostel vibe but location was excellent.

The location is excellent, however the property can be maintained better. Our room was so dusty, we had to wash all utensils before using them. The towel warmer didn't work and the AC barely cooled the room, we slept with windows open. This is a hostel and that's how it is set up.

Very nice room. AC was great. Not sure if all rooms are like this but our room seemed very new like it had been redone recently. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything in Lucerne. We needed to do laundry and they have brand new machines that worked great.

Das Einchecken erfolgte komplett in Selbstbedienung und es ist schwer vorstellbar, wie das Einchecken ablaufen soll, wenn das Handy tot ist oder keinen Empfang hat! Es gibt ein Geräusch im Zimmer, das alle paar Minuten für ein paar Sekunden von der Klimaanlage kommt, auch wenn sie ausgeschaltet ist! Ich musste wegen des Lärms Ohrstöpsel benutzen, um zu schlafen! Es gab keine Hinweise im Zimmer, die mir geholfen hätten, den Service zu finden. Ich schickte eine Nachricht, um das Hotel über die App zu kontaktieren, ohne eine Rückmeldung zu erhalten! Der hohe Preis und die schlechte Erfahrung haben mich zu einem Clown gemacht!

Convenient and walkable

Pro: Good facilities. Comfortable. Con: Too many staircases (even within same floor). Not completely soundproof. Not all rooms are labeled with room numbers. A bit of distance from Luzern Train Station.

Room was nice and clean and laundry facilities was great. Beware of the magical room safes were your valuables can disappear. Wish I would have watched YouTube about this before using it.

Gut

optisch schön, gute Lage, aber mobiler Zimmerschlüssel und die meisten Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht.
