房間與圖片不一樣，房間沒有桌子和椅子～ 房間也比圖片少～我跟職員聯絡有關問題，但沒有任何跟進和回應～

位於黃金地段 去那都方便 且房子較大和舒服

Have free laundry , clothes dryer and free coffee and tea on 1/F, have small lift .the room has dishwasher , refrigerator for ice cream and air conditioner, nice environment for vacation

飯店離Lucerne車站很近，距離垂死獅子像大約走路10分鐘，非常方便。廚房器具很齊全，乾淨，環境安全，非常推薦。

Choosing a room with private bathroom but it wasn’t “in the room” . You have to go the opposite room every time and the bathroom had no locked. That means every ppl can go your toilet and use your facilities. Moreover, the shower is very weak. The water volume is very small. It was a very bad experience in Swiss ever. The self check in service is so stubborn and not supported by the latest iPhone. The owner always call us to scan the QR code but it was failed and error!! Very bad experience.

New and neat new hotel, but you guys really need to send out the reservation code because apparently lots of people didn’t get it. If you want ppl to have a smooth self check in make sure you send out all the necessary information

highly recommend!!!! worthy price, cozy, new, clean, convenient, with a small kitchen and bar table. gogogo u wont regret !

雙人房有驚喜，空間比想像中要大，房內的裝修設計簡約有品味~~就是地理位置上需要拉著行李走一段凹凹凸凸的路比較麻煩

We booked two rooms because we are a family 5 traveling. We absolutely loved the location and the rooms were very, very clean!!! We were in room 106 and it was perfect with a tiny kitchen area. Our kids were in 303. The only trouble we had was checking in (but resolved quickly) and the kids’ room was not cooling properly. Overall it’s a terrific place! Loved, loved the little restaurant/coffee bar. The breakfast and coffee were delicious!! Very nice people and we will be back!

A nice stay. Didn’t receive check in details in email, however lady on the phone was very helpful and prompt to respond. Great location. Room a bit small but there was 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 teenage kids with big bags. Layout of room was excellent. Good value.

チェック時間が早朝の場合の対応を事前に知りたかった。初日の清掃がオートで不要になっていたのも謎だった。立地や室内、上記質問などに対してのやり取りはとても気持ちよく快適でした。ありがとうございました。

Experiência não muito boa! Quarto apertado, não tem nem microondas no quarto. Arcondicionado com muita poeira sujo demais parece que não fazem limpeza nele a meses, e ainda ficou derramando agua, tive quepedir para resolverem e só resolveram no outro dia, passei uma noite sem arcondicionado. Não recomendo!

It was a little challenging to do online entry because I couldn't always get good phone service. I tried to make a physical keycard and it failed to work. Thankfully, one of the staff in the bar/restaurant was able to help me. It was also challenging to carry our luggage through the front entrance, up the flight of stairs and around to the elevator. It would help to somehow direct guests to the side entrance after getting checked in electronically. The room itself was perfect, plenty of space. Everything appeared clean and well stocked. There were only 2 complaints: The A/C unit did not seem to work well; the fan was barely blowing air. We had to open the windows to get the room to cool down. The other item was that the bed was not anchored well. If you propped up against the headboard to read, the bed would begin slipping away from the wall! We still had a great stay though, and it was so centrally located to the train station, shopping, waterfront and other things we wanted to do. We were not prepared, however, for all the shops and many restaurants to close so early in the evening (7PM), and after being gone all day sightseeing, it could be challenging to find something to eat. And the kitchen in the hotel restaurant also stopped serving at that time, although they remained open a little longer to serve drinks.

Very good location. Close to central train station where you can also find bunch of shops open when other are already closed. Modern and well thought out hotel. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Stayed 5 nights. Would recommend.

Uitermate soepele checkin procedure. Nette kamer, rustig gelegen - 's avonds een beetje omgevingslawaai in de smalle straat vóór, maar met het raam dicht gaat dat prima.

La cama y las almohadas están súper bien, el baño también. Todo está perfecto. 100% recomendado. El único detalle que tuvimos fue que no pudimos conectarnos a su internet... Fuera de eso todo excelente.

The room floor was dirty (like not vacuumed) and there were some people doing renovation in the hotel at 6:30 am.

Great location with seamless check in process. Rooms and toilets were considered dark for us, could do more with better lightings. There were also many stairs for this accommodation might be challenging if you’re coming with suitcases.
