Have free laundry , clothes dryer and free coffee and tea on 1/F, have small lift .the room has dishwasher , refrigerator for ice cream and air conditioner, nice environment for vacation

飯店離Lucerne車站很近，距離垂死獅子像大約走路10分鐘，非常方便。廚房器具很齊全，乾淨，環境安全，非常推薦。

Choosing a room with private bathroom but it wasn’t “in the room” . You have to go the opposite room every time and the bathroom had no locked. That means every ppl can go your toilet and use your facilities. Moreover, the shower is very weak. The water volume is very small. It was a very bad experience in Swiss ever. The self check in service is so stubborn and not supported by the latest iPhone. The owner always call us to scan the QR code but it was failed and error!! Very bad experience.

New and neat new hotel, but you guys really need to send out the reservation code because apparently lots of people didn’t get it. If you want ppl to have a smooth self check in make sure you send out all the necessary information

highly recommend!!!! worthy price, cozy, new, clean, convenient, with a small kitchen and bar table. gogogo u wont regret !

雙人房有驚喜，空間比想像中要大，房內的裝修設計簡約有品味~~就是地理位置上需要拉著行李走一段凹凹凸凸的路比較麻煩

Self check in is problematic and when trying to call for help is next to impossible

Absolutely loved the location, the room and the staff. They were very helpful and patient with me when I left something in the safe after the checkout. Really Had a nice happy stay.

Great location, helpful staff

The room was great. It was clean and spacious and had a small useful kitchen where we were able to make a simple dinner. It had good air conditioning, which was very appreciated during a heat wave. It was in a great location in the old town where we were able to walk to all the attractions easily. The cafe downstairs had great food and service. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Lucerne.

Da vi ankom og skulle sjekke inn virket ikke iPaden som man skulle bruke. Heldigvis kunne hun ene som jobbet i kaffeen hjelpe med å få start på den. Når vi endelig fikk sjekket inn og laget nøkkel, gått opp i 5. etasje virket ingen av nøklene, måtte ned igjen og lage nye. Da vi kom inn på romet var dett over 40 grader der, ingen air condition som virket, selv om det står på nettsiden. Fikk beskjed av kundeservice om å vente en halvtimme så skulle den komme i gang. Det skjedde aldri, og andre gang vi ringte kundeservice sa de det var ett problem på hele hotellet. Det endte opp med at vi pakket sakene kl 00.30 og sjekket ut og inn på ett annet hotell. Dette var nødvendig for at hunden vi hadde med skulle klare å puste uten å få heteslag. Eneste vi ble tilbudt som kompansasjon for ødelagt overnatting var frokost i kaffeen om vi hadde blitt til dagen etter.

The hotel has an excellent location, which made it very convenient to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Public transport, restaurants, and shops were all within easy reach. However, the room itself was quite small and felt a bit cramped for our stay. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful, especially for longer stays or keeping drinks and snacks. The furniture was also very minimal — there was only a very small table, and even the chairs were stacked on top of each other due to the lack of space. Overall, the hotel is a good choice if location is your top priority, but the room size and limited amenities may not be ideal for a comfortable or longer stay.

Room cleaning mediocre. Found hair in sheets and duvet, dust throughout. No ac in room and when called about it we were told no staff on hand, no fans available. Made for an uncomfortable night especially for our daughter in top bunk with poor airflow. Location is decent but overall would not recommend staying here.

Loved the kitchen. The A/C was adequate. Can’t beat the location. The slanted wall is a bit inconvenient but hey, we knew ahead of time. We were happy with the shower and toiletries. Overall, I would recommend.

The location was great, you are literally in the middle of old town. Rhe room was nice but basic. The laundry equipment was terrible, the dryer never dried our clothes.

Well maintained property and the in-house laundry is so inconvenient. The staff are incredible!
