Quiet, convenient, shopping, restaurants, and

Great hotel. Everything was clean and everything worked.

This hotel is in a great location. Right next to Beimen and Taipei station it’s super convenient for arriving from the airport and going anywhere in Taiwan through the MRT or high speed rail. Also literally next to the old town gate which is cool, and not far from one of the larger night markets. This hotel has no laundry so you either have to give your clothes to a staff member and pay them to do it or go to a nearby laundromat which we did. There is also no gym, but the hotel is pretty close to the river which I ran along most days. The room itself was ok, very small and it’s one of those rooms where the bathroom is part of the main hotel room and not in its own room. If you’re staying by yourself it’s fine, but going to the bathroom your partner will be able to hear everything like you’re in a public washroom stall… Overall not bad but I would probably look for a bigger room next time.

The hotel is great fun and very close to the main station but the roads are hectic so crossing them takes ages There are lots of small shops and cafes in the area and it's easy to get around on the metro.

Very good hotel for 1 person. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Nothing to complain about. The room could be cramped for 2 people.

I enjoy when everything works, everything is clean, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Therefore I enjoyed this place. Very simple My only qualm is that any hotel that charges its laundry by the item is really pushing it. Actually priced by item isn’t the issue. Outrageously pricing each item is the issue. I’m not even sure if this laundry service is affiliated with the hotel or separate but they could always find a reasonably priced one. It costs more to do laundry here than in NYC. Other than that, lovely spot.

The hotel is accessible to train stations, cultural areas, and Ximending. Although it was not the most spacious hotel I've been to, it's comfortable and very clean. I love the aesthetic as well. It's highly recommended that you give this hotel a stay.

Excellent location. 8-10min walk to Taipei Main Station. North Gate subway is across the street. And the Hotel is situated in a historical neighborhood. It has become my favorite hotel to stay from now.

They need to train front staff to have professional manner
