I just didnt like the odor coming from the pipes. It smells damped,

there was not an enough sign or directions to take us to the hotel using the bridge. We ended up using dangerous highway path to the hotel. Never had this type of experience ever.

Quick efficient and pleasant staff and lovely doom with a decent view . Will stay here again

Very close to Taoyuan international airport and the rental car company we picked.

We had a great stay! room was a bit dated and the bathroom definitely needs an update but over all nice hotel. friendly staff and nice morning breakfast! thank you for a nice stay.

I booked this hotel because of a 20-hour airport layover at Taipei airport. It is clean. comfortable and reasonably priced. Most importantly, it is located conveniently near the airport. The buffet offered at the hotel was good. A solid choice, and will use again for a short stay if needed.

It is a standard hotel room. Room was clean and comfy. It has buffet style breakfast-- save time for people rushing to take the flights. There was no shuttle to the airport terminal, but the front desk can call a taxi for the guests. Google told me this is a 4-star hotel. For a 4-star I can't rate it high, it feels the same as a 3-star hotel.

The breakfast was good.

Easy walk from train station, 24hr desk, nice big rooms.

Everyone friendly. The people picking up dishes and cleaning the tables wore clean professional uniforms. I had to give the woman a tip. She worked hard. Near the MRT. Go to anywhere on island . Breakfast is great. I recommend. Everyone speaks English

Outstanding staff, extremely helpful. Very close to Taoyuan airport. Train station in walking distance. Good breakfast with a lot of choices.

The breakfast buffet was not very western friendly. Foods were not properly labelled to see what you can have based on your dietary restrictions. Also, the staff did not all speak English.

Not at all unhygienic or loud like other reviews said. The staff are brilliant and you get a wake up call for your early flight if applicable. The breakfast bento was terrible though. But it was free!

An older hotel but well kept. The food was good and service was great!
