Staff was very rude during check-in and rushed through the entire process refusing to elaborate on answering our questions. Upon entering the room, the non-smoking room smelled smokes and very humid. The floor was not maintained well with old carpets. After a few minutes, we realized the air conditioning was not working. When we asked to move to a different room, the staff said the air-conditioning issue affected the entire hotel building and only offered to send a fan to our room. We sweated when sleeping at night. This is not a 4-star hotel. It's worse than a motel! Unbelievable for the price that we paid! Do not stay at this place! You have been warned!

The property is a bit older style and the front desk area is still renovating. The staffs are helpful. We didn’t arrive till 8:00 pm, and I had a 9:50 am international flight, so I didn’t get to explore the first floor and exterior. I asked for a taxi in the morning , the set price was NT $200 cash. A bit pricy for the short distance. A boxed breakfast was given to me. It was very nice. My sister’s flight was midnight, so she stayed for the buffet and it was hot breakfast and even noodles and fried rice. She stayed till checkout time at 11 am and then the hotel hold her luggage till she picked up. The room was average and the ceiling was low ceiling. We were given two queen size beds instead of double beds, so that was nice! The shower was great with high water pressure. For the price we got, the overall was heat for the night before we flew out of Taiwan.

Great location near the airport. Room was way smaller than I thought, felt cramped. Wished the hotel provided free airport shuttle rides. Train station was nearby, so that was pretty convenient. Also loved the fact that the hotel provided complimentary breakfast and laundry services compared to other hotels we stayed at. Staff were also pretty helpful as well.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport which is another plus and the taxi was accessible as you can find them outside of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotels.com needs to stop misleading customers by the fancy photos when the hotel is old and run down such as this one. The place smelled like smoke very bad, room was old and bathroom not very clean and the description of property is misleading by stating there's stuff to do nearby which there isn't. The hotel staff were helpful with ordering taxis but the food options are very poor and there is no airport shuttle as the property description stated. It was taxi service which was 200NTD.

The first room we got on 7th floor had been smoked in, even the hallway smells like cigarettes. The room is dark and the ac is loud but not cold. Moved to 2nd room on 10th floor, but ac is weak and couldn't fail asleep due to the room is not cold. Phone the staff at the main floor, was told the temperature can not be adjusted in guess room because it is centralised controlled and no one has control over the temperature expect the boss. Moved to 3rd room on 3rd floor, was told it will be cooler. It did but the room smells like just been renovated and there are strong chemical smells. Would not recommend. Staff was ok but the building is falling apart, there is cracked and tilted ceiling right next to the check in counter, and there are temporary support beam holding the ceiling up.

The route from the mrt to the hotel is not finished. Not sure if hotel can do anything about it but should really streamline and finish sidewalks etc so you don't have to walk around the construction. Been this way a while now.

This hotel was used as a transit stop to airport and was very convenient. Rooms are basic but all you need and clean. The hotel has a big lounge where you can use if waiting for a flight. Gloria Outlets are close by if you want to venture out
