It’s a below average 3 star hotel. The overall cleanness is poor. The carpet in Thee room is extremely dirty. I also discover small cockroach in the breakfast dinning area and big cockroach in the laundry room. The hotel is outdated; hallway walls were peeling and unbelievable dirty.

Great location

The room condition is nothing like it shows on the pictures. Poor sound proof, can hear next room running water and housekeeping ladies started shouting since 8 am. Room is not clean, blanket is not warm enough.

Bed sheet had a yellow stain in our first room and had to change to another room with someone else underwear underneath the big room chair. Changed again to our third room and found open condom package underneath the chair. We didn't change room at this point but than found another yellow bed stain in the morning time on our bed. Overall not clean at all and will ever go back to this hotel again.

Very dark inside the rooms, at night it's hard to see anything even with lights on. They've clearly gone for a DARK image at this place.

A nice hotel with everything you need. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, and could speak English which I've heard is not always the case over there. The breakfast was a little basic, but still it was fine. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

I lost my iphone at the taxi, the staff was very helpful to help me found my iphone, thank you so much. Although litter bit distance from the MRT station, there are pubic bus which connect to the MRT station.

Situated 11minutes drive from Kaohsiung station ($110NTD). Local eateries and McDonald nearby. The hotel itself is clean and the staff were responsive with all queries. They don’t speak fluent English but will help you regardless. Nice for short stay

The staff of the hotel are friendly, courteous and respectful. The room is comfortable and cosy. I enjoy my stay very much.

Good experience

This hotel is value for money which include breakfast. Overall standard can easily match a 4star rating. Room is cosy with everything you need including bath tub. Distance away from night market. Thumbs up.

There are restaurants close by the hotel. The room i stayed in was quiet because it was not facing the main road.

Everywhere is dark, the hallway and the room. Other then that, it was a good experience in general.

Good customer service. Room could use more lights..was a little dark. Laundry took awhile to dry out clothes...maybe because we didn't know how their setting work. Overall, we would come back..good customer service. Hotel was near by restaurants.

Overall hotel is very clean and comfortable.

1. Free parking nearby . 2. The room is not too big but enough. 3. The room is too humility and does not smell good . 4. The blanket is not warm enough and it will get very cold at night. 5. The mattress is too soft makes my back very sore .

Room is quite dark but nice and quiet. Beds comfortable. Breakfast is Asian but they did have brewed coffee and peanut butter.

My wife and i enjoyed this 1 night stay and we will definitely come back on our next visit to KS.
