A nice hotel with everything you need. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, and could speak English which I've heard is not always the case over there. The breakfast was a little basic, but still it was fine. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

It’s a below average 3 star hotel. The overall cleanness is poor. The carpet in Thee room is extremely dirty. I also discover small cockroach in the breakfast dinning area and big cockroach in the laundry room. The hotel is outdated; hallway walls were peeling and unbelievable dirty.

The room condition is nothing like it shows on the pictures. Poor sound proof, can hear next room running water and housekeeping ladies started shouting since 8 am. Room is not clean, blanket is not warm enough.

Bed sheet had a yellow stain in our first room and had to change to another room with someone else underwear underneath the big room chair. Changed again to our third room and found open condom package underneath the chair. We didn't change room at this point but than found another yellow bed stain in the morning time on our bed. Overall not clean at all and will ever go back to this hotel again.

I lost my iphone at the taxi, the staff was very helpful to help me found my iphone, thank you so much. Although litter bit distance from the MRT station, there are pubic bus which connect to the MRT station.
