This is the second time I've stayed here, and I loved it again. The room was spacious and clean, and having the subway and a 24-hour Family Mart (for those jet-lagged midnight snacks) right downstairs was extremely convenient.

I was trapped in one of the hotel's elevators due to a malfunction.

My family of 4 had a great stay, hotel was clean, staff are all friendly and spoke English. Location was a but far from most tourist destination but the MTR was right across the street. The hotel is on top of a shopping mall so on days we were too tired to look for food we can go to the food court.

The staffing, location and rooms were really great many things to do and MRT was located underneath the hotel. The hotel is under construction at this time which was a little distraction and also our first night our room had bugs. The staff was very receptive to our situation and moved us to another room right away. All and all I would stay there again, location was amazing..

Wonderful experience! They are in the middle of a full renovation and we got one of the newly redone rooms. Very comfortable and clean!

This is a mid-range, no-frills hotel that does the bare minimum. It is relatively clean and very quiet owning to its location. I like that we didn’t have to squeeze our way out of a crowded MRT station as compared to, say, the Taipei Main Station. The room we had was spacious and came with a bathtub. There is a DIY laundry room at level 8. Where washing and drying your laundry takes 50TWD each. Which is very affordable. The breakfast spread is similar throughout our stay. The only difference is that they switch between tea egg and salted egg, and scrambled and steamed eggs everyday. We got bored of it by the fourth day. The staff are polite but not exactly friendly. There is no room service menu, but there is a Family Mart at the grand floor of the building. If night life is your thing, this isn’t the right spot in town for you. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet spot to stay and don’t mind the minimal services, this is perfect.

Convenient and self laundry facilities are our prefer choice of the hotel.

Clean , nice location and friendly staff

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at for this price range. The property was clean and well managed. The building was also conveniently next to the metro station and the shopping mall. The hotel includes access to a gym club alongside a breakfast restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Jonathan at the front desk for helping us out during our stay.

We have stayed at the Park City Hotel several times. It is convenient to where our friends live. It has a nice breakfast also.

Good location, clean room, steps away from MRT

Staff was very friendly. Can speak English. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Very easy access to MRT and Uniqlo downstairs. Lots of food choices. Starbucks, Mc D and KFC are just down the road. Rooms were clean.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Spacious room with good amenities. Great location with easy access to the subway station, which is located inside the same building.

The staff at the hotel was very, very helpful. Very nice.

We will definitely come back, the greatest value in the greater Taipei city.
