It was a pleasant and relaxing stay at the hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and spacious. It is convenient, right above St Ignatius Station.

The staff was super nice and helpful. I came in on an early flight and wanted to wash my face and brush up. He waited for me to be ready before going through logistics of payment. I was able to keep my luggages in the storage as I roamed around the streets of Taipei. The room is spacious and clean. MRT is very convenient, literally just downstairs although I have to say it’s usually a bit of a travel from and back to the hotel. But overall I had an amazing experience.

Comfortable, convenient, clean 👏 The only downsides, which are subjective, are pillows that are so soft I used 2 — one too of the other, to get a proper sleep. The water pressure in the shower is weak. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable and tje quilt is snug ❤️ The bathroom is spacious with bathtub too. For the value, I’d say I can’t complain but appreciate EVERYTHING 🥰

I stayed at this property for a week. I would stay again and highly recommend it. It’s clean, spacious, newer, convenient (easy access to MRT orange line), free gym access and ice cream, delicious breakfast and excellent staff.

No cloth closet in the room. Jackets etc. have to be hung on a handle bar installed on the ceiling which makes the room unsightly. Only one small drawer for under wear for a room that sleeps 4. Everything has to be stored in suitcases.

Great place to stay above the MRT stop St Ignatius High School on the orange line. Good accessibility to local breakfast spots within walking distance. Mall opens during the day below the hotel and is a good shortcut to the MRT, shopping, and food court. Staff are gracious and detail-oriented. In-house self-service laundry and free ice cream is a plus!

Great place to stay in New Taipei City. Only complaints is as a smoker (I know.) there is NOT a designated area as advertised; you have to go out to the street or behind hotel through the mall. The restaurant is a little bit weird also. have to buy a complete meal for each person; you can't just order a cup of coffee.
