Clean , good location and super friendly staff!

I love this hotel for a number of reasons: hospitable, english speaking staff; my room was nice, spacious, well designed, large bathroom, good pillows and mattress, good lighting, fast wifi, smart TV; great location on top of a MRT station (orange line to the red line to Taipei Main Station is only $25TWD) various shopping in the building (e.g., Uniqulo, 2nd Street) and in adjacent building, and a small mini market on level 1. Also a donut shop on the MRT level. Entry to the gym (a real gym) is included, efficient coin laundry on the 8th floor, easy to grab an Uber on the street. I do not recommend the breakfast because it is a set Taiwanese meal and too expensive compared to many other options nearby. My room had a balcony but the door was locked and I could not open it.

Good location, good transportation

Great place for family with kids. Convenient location, hotel is in a building that houses a mini shopping mall and food court, with a MRT station directly underground in the same building. Several public buses stops right in front of the building too (with one directly from the popular Mitsui Outlet Mall in Linkou). There's also a 24/7 mini convenience store on the 1st floor outside of the building with another one and WATSON'S just a half block away. Couple of breakfasts places within walking distance as well. It's also a quick MRT ride to Shilin Night Market. Hotel is quiet, the rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were also nice and helpful. They helped us booked reservations at a popular restaurant, some DIY workshops, and arranged a flat rate car ride to the airport ($1000 NTD). Would recommend!👍

Friendly staff. The room is nice and clean, very functional. Staff are all super friendly, from the front desk to housekeepers and to the restaurant staff. We also love the vibe of the hotel.

Clean room and nice room attendant

The staff was super nice and helpful. I came in on an early flight and wanted to wash my face and brush up. He waited for me to be ready before going through logistics of payment. I was able to keep my luggages in the storage as I roamed around the streets of Taipei. The room is spacious and clean. MRT is very convenient, literally just downstairs although I have to say it’s usually a bit of a travel from and back to the hotel. But overall I had an amazing experience.

Comfortable, convenient, clean 👏 The only downsides, which are subjective, are pillows that are so soft I used 2 — one too of the other, to get a proper sleep. The water pressure in the shower is weak. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable and tje quilt is snug ❤️ The bathroom is spacious with bathtub too. For the value, I’d say I can’t complain but appreciate EVERYTHING 🥰

Room was clean, large and had a very nice city view. Staff were nice and helpful. Access to fitness center was a huge plus.

I stayed at this property for a week. I would stay again and highly recommend it. It’s clean, spacious, newer, convenient (easy access to MRT orange line), free gym access and ice cream, delicious breakfast and excellent staff.

Nice decor, clean
