Its my third time to choose this hotel, everything no change, one thing is the reception staff still unfriendly, the breakfast is good, the staff still helpfully, friendly, next time I still choose this again.

第二次入住這酒店，對比上次住，比前好了些，今次只是住了三天，可是房間補充品就一天比一天少，第三天更加沒有補充，前台服務比上一次有較率了。

酒店房間比較污糟，清潔不足！最離譜是將梳化面倒轉擺，只因梳化面太多污漬，不去處理而將它反轉就算，五星級酒店怎可能這樣！

All staff are friendly and good service, but hotel not match as five star hotel, the room so big but something not working (sampoo and shower gel bottle can not use but the house keeper just fill up and keep here for us) no comb, no razor... but over all is a good place for holiday to stay😄

這間酒店服務很好，所有職員都非常有禮貌。很多酒店早餐廳的職員只會對西方及歐洲人客有禮貌及笑容，但這間酒店早餐廳對所有人都很有禮貌及容笑，這個值得一讚，希望他們能保持這水準！房間也非常舒適

The pool side access room is really nice but i think the privacy of the rooms can be improved e.g. more trees to block around the pool to prevent being seen by others. On the other side, on the first day to have breakfast, the staff had arranged us a table but the table was then occupied by others twice while we were picking our food. I think some signs or markings can be placed on the table to show that the tables have already been occupied or it will be quite a mess. Also, the types of food can be more various. The chef who cooks omelette is very appreciated. His skills are excellent. He is very polite and nice, showing real respect to his job. And his omelette is really really good. Generally, the staff here is very nice and we still have a good experience in this hotel.

酒店行出近海灘，環境設施有好，酒店職員服務很好。酒店環境又優美，風景又不錯。餐廳環境又很好。食物又好味。

Pretty hotel, close to the beach, pool access room is awesome but not the ground floor one which is no privacy at all. We moved to the 1/F and it’s much better! Thanks for the help from reception staff.

酒店新，設施新 泳池大 酒店職員態度好 餐廳職員態度更好 早餐豐富，質素高 但清潔不太足，而且有死昆蟲在 需多加注意清潔

New hotel

整體都很好，泳池很大，24小時叫餐服務，但早餐選擇不算多，酒店還再裝修中，所以有轉牆聲，有一天還在早上時段發生，被聲音嘈醒了！ 但很感謝酒店在我生日那天送上蛋糕給我！

步行2分鐘就到Karon 海灘，前往Kata 也衹是數分鐘路程。Karon 海灘很大浪，雖然不適合游泳但曬太陽及散步是個好選擇。酒店服務很貼心，爲生日的朋友送上生日小蛋糕。房間大床房的床很大，兩大人兩小孩都可以睡得下。酒店員工很有禮貌，滿臉笑容。
