풀엑세스룸에서 아이들이 원할때면 언제든지 수영을 할 수 있었고 제일 큰 풀 역시 완벽했다. 해피아워시간에 즐기는 칵테일도 맛있었다. 생일아침에 조식식당에서 맞이한 서프라이즈 파티는 푸켓의 아름다웠던 기억중 하나이다.

수영장은 좀 좁지만 객실수가 많지 않으니 그려려니함. 시설, 뷰, 다좋앟음! 실은 수영장뷰를 예약했는데 맘에 들지않았어서 방을 옮겨줬는데, 수퍼바이져 Matt의 고객을 대하는 자세가 너무 좋았음!!

nice view, good room condition

There were a number of things that might have disappointed us, but the prompt response from the hotel made it very comfortable, pleasing and very much enjoyable experience in this hotel.

전체적으로 다 좋았고 안좋았던 점 1개는 방이 습합니다. 에어컨을 틀어도 습하고 베게랑 이불에서 빨래 덜 말려서 나는 꾸린내 났습니다. 그래서 수건으로 덮어서 잤습니다. 그 외엔 다 좋았습니다. 그리고 호텔스 닷컴 통해서 예약할때 무료조식 포함이였는데 호텔측에서는 내용 전달못받았다고 조식비를 내라 그래서 메일에 조식포함 내역 보여주고 잘 마무리했는데 이 부분 개선 바랍니다.

This hotel is really good. Employees were nice and friendly. My family was satisfied with this hotel.

가족들과 간 여행이었는데 정말 깨끗하고 만족했습니다. 레스토랑 직원 분들도 친절하시고 특히 아침에 직접 인사해 주시고 열심히 일하시는 GM이 인상 깊이 남았습니다. 감사합니다.

Staff was amazing! So many things on the resort, you don’t even need to go anywhere. Love how nice everyone was and so accommodating. I will be coming back!

The room was clean and tidy.. big balcony with mountains view and even i can see the budda statue . What i want to say it's not related to the hotel but i didn't enjoy the swimming pool or the beach because of the weather...i guess i choose a wrong timings. (Now i know 😄 😆 )

Hotel was amazing 2 years ago and remains amazing. The rooms are huge and the sea view beautiful. The pool is one of the biggest in Thailand and is always kept clean. Great team look after you and breakfast has everything you could want. Even room cleaning is efficient and friendly. Great location next to beach and bus stop to Rawai, Airport and Phuket Town. Perfection!

El hotel está muy bien (instalaciones, limpieza, etc.) y el restaurante también. El acceso queda un poco oculto y, para lo grande que es el resort, no se ve fácilmente. Como aspectos negativos, tuvimos un problema con el check-in por un simple error en una letra en los apellidos de la reserva; debido a eso no nos dieron las habitaciones hasta al cabo de 1 hora excusándose en la política de la cadena. El personal nos atendió amablemente, pero la dirección no supo intervenir y desbloquear ágilmente una situación absurda.

朝食のビュッフェはメニューが豊富で本当に素晴らしかったです。 その場で作ってくれるオムレツは特にお気に入りになりました。 部屋は広く快適でした。 部屋の清掃をお願いするとすぐに実施してくれるのも助かりました。 プールは広くてプールサイドでくつろぐのも非常に快適でした。 フロントの対応も迅速で素晴らしかったです。 一点だけ不満だったのは、サイトの施設詳細には「ランドリー設備あり」となっていたのに実際にはなかったことです。 フロントに聞いたらランドリーサービスのみ提供と言われました。水着などはすぐに洗って乾かしたいので、ランドリー設備があるとより快適なホテルステイが楽しめたと思います。 ちなみに、ホテルから徒歩5分ほどの場所に24時間営業のコインランドリーを見つけましたが、ホテルからは案内はありませんでした。

全般的にとても良かったです。ただ、トイレの水漏れが少し残念だったかな。

We had an amazing stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon for a very special occasion – my girlfriend’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. They upgraded our room to one with a private jacuzzi, beautifully decorated the room for the celebration, and even surprised us with a complimentary cake. 💖 The breakfast was simply the best and most complete I’ve ever experienced at a hotel – from freshly squeezed juice stations where you can make your own juice, to an excellent omelet bar and so many options to choose from. The mountain-view sunrise from our room was breathtaking, and in the evening it’s just a short walk to the public beach to enjoy a gorgeous sunset. The pool area was very nice, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and attentive. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the hotel doesn’t have a private beach and the dinner options could be a bit more diverse. But honestly, with everything else being so perfect, those things hardly matter. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a truly memorable experience in Phuket. 🌅✨

Beautiful room and hotel and overall we had a lovely stay. Negatives were that it felt understaffed as It was difficult to get any service at the pool other than swim up and breakfast was chaotic and the food although very tasty was always cold. With improvements this would be excellent.

Great position

Beautiful resort, spacious rooms with a balcony. Pleasant interiors and phenomenal breakfast unmatched to none! The massive pool and manicured surrounding were also fantastic. We enjoyed the location as it was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and night markets. For those looking for busier nightlife Patong is a very quick tuktuk drive away.

Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast options were great but we had to wait up to 30 minutes to be seated when we arrived within the last hour. It was also quite loud and felt very crowded. The sunbed situation at the pool was really disappointing. Not enough sunbeds for amount of people. In addition at least half of them had no cushion and it wasn’t comfortable at all. Rooms were cleaned with a broom but not once mopped in the two weeks we were there.
