- Really beautiful hotel. - Wonderful welcome drinks. - Amazing room with mini jacuzzi besides swimming pool. - Great Spa service. - Great breakfast spread with Halal section. - Have funicular (Tram) which is unique to go to the Bird's nest area for afternoon tea. - Friendly and accommodating staffs. - Highly recommended!

Our stay at Banyan Tree Krabi was absolutely exceptional.
From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views, every detail was perfect.
The service was amazing, the food delicious, everything exceeded all expectations.
We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and couldn’t have imagined a more romantic and peaceful setting.
A true luxury escape — we’ll definitely be coming back.

Fantastic resort, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Room was beautiful and modern, pool was gorgeous, breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was so comfortable, service was perfect. We hiked the dragon crest trail which starts just steps from the hotel, which was amazing. The only two negatives that I noticed - they had some stray ants around the exterior, and a few managed to make it into our room over our two night stay, and the restaurants were quite expensive, about 3x the cost of a comparable bar/restaurant off premises. Those were minor things though, and we'd definitely visit again.

It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊

It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. The service was impeccable from the check-in until check-out! The staff were attentive and very friendly. The room felt like a fresh air with modern and white decor. Nice and peaceful area far right on Tubkaek beach.

Banyan Tree Krabi is an incredible property, with stunning views... maybe the best in Krabi. Top-notch staff, rooms, beach, and services. While definitely pricey (think Western prices $$$), we absolutely loved our stay and couldn't recommend it enough.

Overall the property is actually great, from friendly staff, to nice rooms, to tasty food and plenty of activities. It's just a little overpriced for the area. I would still consider it a luxury stay, but this price range in Krabi should put it in god tier ultra-luxe range and we didn't quite get that feel and vibe.

Excellence. The accommodations, the food, the staff, the property, and views, all were unbelievable. Could not recommend enough. Thank you! I will be returning. One last add, Freya, at reception, went out of her way, to simplify my journey to Phuket. She contacted both ferry company and taxi company on my behalf, making necessary adjustments, which made my life much much easier. Thank you Freya! I really appreciate it.
