Superb facilities and service

設施頗舊，路過啲人從門鎖外鎖內鎖就知道住戶在房內。可以改變大門鎖，以防洩漏私隱。 熱水壺太殘舊，要掹走插蘇，先至可以攞去加水。 插蘇頭配置不合時宜，每個人都有幾部電子儀器要叉電，插蘇位置不夠，而且偏低，冇UBS。 浴室只有掛大浴巾的位置，沒有地方掛面巾或頭巾。 房間面積較少，澳門的新興酒店房間，寬敞簡潔，陳列藝術品作裝飾

The private beach and service is absolute amazing, and spa is the best on island with no debt. It was a wonderful holiday for us.

度假村位于美丽安静的半岛，房间宽敞，舒适清洁。餐食很不错，无论“The Edge"的早餐，还是”Saffron“地道的泰国菜，以及"The Sands”从白天到夜晚随时可以享用的各种风味美食。活动内容也很丰富，从房间外漂亮的小泳池，到度假村中心的无边大泳池，直至私有沙滩面对的海湾上的各种水上运动。如果想安静一下，也可以去阅览室看书，或者下下棋，人数足够的话，麻将是个不错的选择。你完全可以哪儿都不去，就在度假村里呆着，尽情享受你的假期。

Environment & food are very good. The service of all staffs are of very high quality. They are very nice & helpful

Awesome stay. The only thing is the last night our roof light can't turn off and keep flashing, but overall is this stay worth 5 stars

這次預定是全海景房型，但實際我們拿到的Villa是半海景，只有一點點部分可以看到海，對於這一點非常不滿意，因為是跟朋友一起出遊，兩間房是在隔壁間，要改也不好改，除了這點，房間內沒有什麼可以挑剔。 床大好睡，有6種軟硬度的枕頭可以選擇，房內乾淨，每天都會來整理兩次，服務人員都很友善，每天都會在房內擺上水果，但是很難吃，泳池算大，深度130公分，室內外拖鞋都有提供，還有防蚊液，薰香，精油，外出用包包，房內很多東西都讓你感到貼心。 用餐的價格大概是外面的10倍，不難吃也稱不上很好吃。 酒店距離機場大約30分鐘車程，沒有機場接送，需要另外預定。 入住了4晚，運氣不錯沒下雨，但是海邊水質不清澈，本來很期待可以看到海參或是青衣都沒見著。

Wondrrful. One thing need improvement is that villa pool stairs have sharp corners that may need some covers to avoid injury to swimers

五星級的服務 每間房都配備一部手機，隨時隨地可以打給duty manager，解決你一切所需 員工親切，每個員工都帶著笑容，在私人沙灘上，員工主動提供冰水冰毛巾浴巾，不需要我提出要求

整體的感覺都不錯!可惜餐廳少了一點!

我們很喜歡悅榕系統的飯店，蘇美島的悅榕同樣給予我們高服務等級的感受，尤其是私人沙灘乾淨、清潔，還有免費提供的水上遊戲設施，很值得再去。

We have been in lots of Banyan tree resort, and none of them makes us disappointed; including this one. Highly recommend lovers to try their Rain Forest, it is one of a kind. Great Experience it's expensive but it does worth the money Don't miss the watersports Also; their Thail restaurant Saffron is VERY VERY good; don't miss it

Clean Quiet Charming Comfortable It was a beautiful stay and we enjoyed a lot. Very friendly staffs. A place for a real relaxing holiday.

Saffron餐厅很不错。 Housekeeping每天奉上的小甜食、零钱包、公仔小玩具非常贴心。。

We had a family vacation this February. The room was new with nice pool and great view. We love the beach. However, the hotel should ask the guests to obey rules, such as dress code in the restaurant, smoking restriction and keeping quiet in public places. Connivance is a violence of right of other guests who want a quiet, relaxing vacation in a resort expected to be high-end.

整體服務很好，還因為我們是honeymoon而升級的房型 且海景很漂亮 唯一可惜是剛好熱水不熱，洗澡洗到一半有點囧 後來維修弄了10-20分鐘後還要再等30分鐘才會有熱水 但當天已經很晚 我們就來不及泡澡了..... 隔天再開開看還是沒有到很熱@@ 但內人滿意就好~

超級好的渡假環境。酒店太舒服了, 我跟女友跟本都不想出外活動。哈哈哈﹗ 如下次再去我們挑有海境的POOL VILLA, 因為海境真的好美... 在酒店房看下去都是海。

This is a very wonderful holidays while stay in here. all the staff are very friendly and helpful. they always smile. no matter what kind of question, they are very welling to help. Room is big, clean and comfortable. in the mooring they come to clean and in the evening they come again to set up bed, dessert for you. Banyan tree Samui is perfect. I hope i can go again.
