The hotel located on the main street and just a 8-minute-walk distance to the beach makes it very convenient. I love the big pool most as I can do some serious swimming and relax. However, my friends and I got bitten by mosquitoes all the time during our stay. I recommend the hotel to take more preventive measures. Facilities in gym room is not enough as there are only a few dumbbells, yoga mats, running and cycling machines. Besides, I think they should also move the gym to a room with pool view.

I strongly recommend this lovely chic hotel to all especially whose who come to Krabi for the 1st time as I did. The hotel's location is perfect to walk to Ao nang beach, you can ignore the noisy sellers along the way, then you see the magnificent beach. It's really worth just walk along the beach, then you can continue to walk to the further beach where you can enjoy cafe by the seaside and that's perfect. I would like to thank hotels' staff, they greeted me and helped me check which van shall i take for one-day tour whenever I arrived at hotel lobby. On my last day stay, I forgot to turn off "don't disturb" light which caused no cleaning work done till I came back to hotel at about 5:00 pm. I called them and they still offered a nice cleaning soon. How efficient and politely! Last thing I recommend is to turn left once you stepped out of hotel. Just 5 minutes walk you'll see a food center where you can order seafood, Thai food, Thai milk tea, etc, I enjoyed a lot! People are friendly there. Just remember to walk into the square so you have more choices for food. It was a nice stay and I definitely recommend you choose blue sotel.

We booked the room type with pool access facing the wall. I expected it is a real pool access facing the wall with privacy. Apparently, it was a room facing another hotel and there is a fence in between, people can see us whenever they are going back to their rooms. Also, the pool for our room type is a narrow and short pool which separated with their main pool. When I book this room, I saw another photo of a room with pool access facing a white wall which I was expect to be one of those rooms. So we went to the lobby and asked, the lady told us the room I was expecting is actually the pool access room, not the facing wall room so we requested to upgrade the room and we are okay to pay extra; however, the room type is full during our stay. The pool for our room is actually useless; while we paid extra to get this room type. I think the hotel should specified on their website of this room type. Also, the staff at the hotel are all lay back. If I booked their real pool access room, I would be more happy. Kind of disappointed and ruined my holiday with our room type.

swimming pool is a bright point. However there are some things could be better. Such like the shower water in bathroom is so slow. The hot dishes of breakfast already cold when the time is 7am. Air conditioner set in a low temperature, I think visitor might not awake themselves, but I wake up in midnight because too cold.

Overall the hotel is good, only 2 things I'm not happy about it. 1. The floor of the lift is slippery and my friend fall down in lift. But the hotel staff call people to clean it once I told them. 2. I stay for 4 nights and I ask for cleaning only once between, however I found the glasses still have milk after they clean the room!

Breakfast experience was terrible, very busy and a long queue for the egg station. Poor selection and not enough space to get your food. Corridors were very noisey in the morning with housekeeping slamming doors. Sound proofing is not great. Air con didn’t seem to turn down and got very cold or very hot in the room.

Et godt hotel centralt i Ao Nang. Vi giver ikke mere end 4 stjerner da mine drenge fik fnat fra sengene under opholdet. Jeg kunne heldigvis selv komme ind i rengøringsskabet, så vi kunne skifte alt… da jeg dagen efter bad dem skifte lagner, pudebetræk og sengetøj - fik de det ikke gjort.. jeg måtte hente personalet for at få det gjort, alligevel måtte jeg selv igen finde rene pudebetræk…? Personalet med undtagelse af rengøring var super - morgenmaden rigtig god. Poolområdet rent og hyggeligt.

The room was very noisy at night (and I’m not a light sleeper). The room was not properly cleaned (and had a lot of dust under the bed) The playroom for children was not as in the pictures- there were no toys at all, apart for the balls and the very high slide. The location of the hotel was great and the staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast.

Ants everywhere. Red ants on the bed and on the pillows, got bitten on body and face. There were ants on desk and counters. I’ve found ants inside my suitcase. I had to take them to the laundry shop. Had to clean the suitcase. Found them on my underwear. I’ve booked this hotel cause all the reviews were really good. I wasn’t expecting this at all. Also we had our room cleaned and they forgot the towels, which were then provided to us around 8pm. The only good thing is location. The ants situations was very disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel.
