Bluesotel Krabi

My husband and I had a great time at this hotel. They even gave us a higher floor and upgrade when we had arrived. The staff were amazing. Everything was clean. I use the pool every day. It’s very walkable to all amenities. The buffet breakfast included had lots of options we also ate dinner here one night. It was wonderful. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

the Location of the hotel was amazing, the pool with the swim up bar was also great to enjoy after being out in the heat. The room was good, clean but a few scraps and dents in the walls, the shower also flooded the bathroom and needed some tlc. otherwise was a good stay, the rooms closer to the front of the hotel seemed to be slighter nicer.

Hotel staff are great. Facilities and location very good. WiFi connection very poor.

Welcome was not expected. We received only one room entry card while the room needs an additional card to stay climated when we where outside. By default they should give us two cards. We asked for a second card. The hotel is nice and well located.

Nice hotel. Our air con was fine during the day and then would be unbearable over night and the following morning. We were given a fan but due to it being industrial was an uncomfortable night's sleep. Everything else was good. Great location and staff.

Great location, lovely friendly helpful staff , easy check in and check out , nice room , great amenities … will definitely be going back , would recommend to families and couples …

They didn’t offer a place to fill water bottles with filtered water. You get one bottle a day for free and then have to pay for extra.

The property was great, easy access to Aonang beach close to everything, great dining options , great pool, staff were fantastic so kind and helpful , will be definitely be going back in the future here. Would recommend to families and couples.

Booked this hotel for 4 nights in Krabi. Location is very good, On the main road plenty of shops and restaurants. However this is the only positive side of this hotel. It is very dated, rust and limescale everywhere where possible. The bathrooms have a Musty smell. The lifts are always dirty, there is no AC in the lobby or anywhere in the hotel except the rooms so it is boiling as soon as you step in. There are marks on the bedroom walls, bed frames and bedding. Very very old hotel, definitely needs a renovation. They should not call themselves a 4 star hotel. Staff are ok however when checking out there was no one available to help us with 5 big bags to the taxi. If you are looking for a great location please consider the other hotels on the same road there are easily atleast 10 others.

Rooms nice size and clean. Bed very comfortable. 5 mins walk to the beach. Plenty of transportation.

Convient. 5 - 7 minute walk to beach area. Restaurant in hotel was ok. Lots of food options off the property.

This property needs some major repairs and deep cleaning. It is a great location but the hotel condition is not well maintained.

After reading a few negative reviews we tried to change our booking to the Bluesotel SMART adults only, I’m so glad we didn’t end up switching because this location is far closer to the restaurants and shops, a short walk to the beach and we had a fantastic stay! The rooms are modern and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony facing the pool was lovely. The pool area actually looks much nicer than the pictures and we spent a lot of time there— especially at happy hour where the cocktails are buy one get one free. You can order food to your lounge chairs and if was all really good—especially the pizza. We found the staff very friendly and really enjoyed our week here.
