We arrived to a dirty room with broken shower heads in both showers. Some electric sockets were broken and could not hold the plug, while.limited spots are available in the room. Service reaction is very slow and in some cases staff members mention that they are in a rush because they need to punch out. Bed were made with dirty sheets through out the days. Food variety in breakfast is rhather limited. Pros: location is great. Pool and pool bar realy nice!

It is a nice hotel & well priced in a very good location. Everything is convenient to its location. Most everything you need in walking distance. Rooms are comfortable & clean. The breakfast is adequate, however never changes & a bit limited. Same most days. If they altered their breakfast selection & menu more I believe it would benefit them. Great staff!. Always polite.

The room was nice. The lobby was total chaos at all times. Breakfast was a complete disaster. The food sucked and it was far too crowded in the dining area. I was constantly protecting my food from flying insects.

The room is clean. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Convenient location. Quiet room, away from the busy street but Sound proof not very good. Some of the spaces are under renovation. Downside is the lobby has no shelter, pick up and drop off abit troublesome if rains.

I LOVE Blue Sotel. I was here 6 months ago and decided to revisit . This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Aonang. It has a great location, beautiful views, immediate access to tons of restaurants and spas, and a delicious breakfast. The tr is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend!!!!

The hotel is centrally located in Ao Nang Beach around ample restaurants, bars, laundry facilities, and the beach. The room was comfortable but the housekeeping could have been more attentive to things needed in the room. Also, there was construction taking place during our stay that meant loud drilling for hours starting at 9 am for several days. Would have been good to know about this in advance. Otherwise, a solid choice for a Short term stay.

Great location, near to Ao Nang Beach, decent breakfast, great pool, kids play area, and a small fitness room. While the pool is amazing, the pool bar only accepts cash for orders below THB 500, which was a bummer. Else everything else was great and so was the stay.

Hotel location is right on the strip so handy for all bars, restaurants and shops. Noisier than its sister hotel the “Smart” which I stayed at before. Nice pool with bar and rooms have pretty much everything you need bar and iron.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blusotel in Krabi. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance and plenty of great places to eat and explore nearby. The swimming pool area was lovely, and the food served around the pool was delicious and very reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day out. A great hotel in a great location — we would happily stay here again.

Cleaning of the room was not that good especially bathroom,shower cubicle not cleaned at all for 15 night stay. Hotel wanted £100 to keep room for an extra 4 hours,dont think so Paid for a room for 1 night for £49,booked online. Breakfast catered more for Muslims, only rubber chicken sausages,no pork sausage.Have been to Thailand a few times and wherever we have stayed we have a choice of pork or chicken,cater for EVERYONE please. Also,although not every day,we have had dragonfruit,bananas,oranges in other hotels...not here,just melon and pineapple. All in all stay has been average,but will definitely NOT be returning .
