Total experience and service were nice and recommended to visit. The interior decoration is maintained well and the room space is big. However, body and hair care products at gym were lacked comparing with other five-star hotels. The service at the pool bar was disappointed. When you were chilling on the pool side, the waiter would come to push you to pay. I thought the timing to push client to pay was supposed to be before the client looked like to leave soon....

我地有對房拖鞋濕左冲涼時旦都無再比多對！ 共住三晚有二晚都著自己拖鞋！！ 吾夠細心！ 同埋我係金咭會員去香格里拉都有早餐送！ 旦這間話無！ 佢地話因為同Expedia 訂所以無！ 我上次香格係同trip.Com 訂人地都送返早餐比我！ 所以今次有點失望！

Stayed in one of the refreshed rooms; it’s good! Overall feel is bright and roomy. The property is a little far from the BTS station but a short Tuk Tuk ride or the hotel shuttle make it a nice and convenient place to stay.
