ที่จอดรถหาว่างยากมากค่ะวนหาประมาณ 20 นาที และได้ไกลจากที่พักมาก ต้องแบกกระเป๋าหาทางเข้าลิฟต์โรงแรม เช็คอินรวดเร็ว ห้องที่พักค่อนข้างอับและมีฝุ่น เพราะเป็นคนแพ้ฝุ่นจามและน้ำมูกไหลทั้งคืน อาหารเช้าอร่อยคุณภาพดี สระว่ายน้ำสภาพแวดล้อมดี สะดวกเพราะใกล้สถานที่ ที่ไปทำธุระ ถ้าให้เข้าพักอีกก็ได้ไม่มีปัญหา

Mostly appreciated. Unfortunately, I ordered for in-room dining around 10:30 pm and it took almost a midnight for my dinner arrival. I called the dining staff around 11:15 pm and she said my dinner already sent from the office, In fact, It took more than half an hour to get it. I understand the situation that there are many clients on new year night, I didn't wish it to be done rapidly. I wish for sincerity about telling me that whether my food is really cooked and on the way to my room, I called the staff already but they said that the manager will come tomorrow morning which I can't wait because I need to leave for my work around 6-7 am, so I asked my secretary to talk to the manager next morning which was really disappointed because I didn't want my secretary to work on the 1st January, he deserved a better new year. I and, of course, staffs know that from the office to my room isn't take almost an hour. Next time, please sincerely replied me when I made a call that my dinner wasn't ready, so I can decide weather I should order from outsource delivery or should wait for expected time. - The pool is nice but windy from its location between the buildings. - The fitness sauna and steam rooms were closed. - The cute elephant in the bathtub is really save my day, city view is miraculous. - The air conditioner is not working well but the maintenance staff came and bypassed it quickly.

Too bad that Lock Down we can’t use any pools spa or fitness center, and the breakfast I like it better in Buffet!

Excellent customer care n attention. Very helpful staff at all level from chamber, cafe to concierge - 5 star service. Rooms need a new carpet ...looks tired n due for a good scrub! Otherwise everything is very good.

Das Hotel sieht sehr schön aus. Die Auswahl am Frügstücksbuffet ist gross.Es gibt sogar Lachs. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sauber, es lag Dreck auf dem Teppich und das dritte Bett wurde reingequetscht, so dass wir nicht ins Bett steigen konnten. Nachdem wir es Bemöngelt haben kam jemsnd und szellte das Bett um, so dass genpgend Platz im Zimmer war und wir alle gut ins Bett steigen konnten. Der Boden wurde nicht gereinigt, auch nach mehrmaligen beschweren nicht. Der Frphstücksbereich ist chaotisch organisiert. Man muss lange auf seinen Sitzbereich warten, alle rennen um einen herum. Man kommt sich vor wie auf dem Bahnhof

Great and friendly service. Room was spotlessly clean and set up. Breakfast buffet was tremendous.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, large suite, excellent room service and breakfast. Lots of shopping amenities attached. Pool was huge with waterfall hot tub. An oasis to relax at. Would highly recommend.

Great stay at the Conrad. Good service from the staff from front desk, concierge, housekeeping & cafes including the bell hops. But would prefer the room to have more drinking water. Also if the Spa facilities to be more reasonably priced. Overall a great hotel

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, and the room service food was outstanding — the Tom Yum Kung was the best I’ve ever had! Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and I loved the stylish decor. Everything exceeded our expectations — highly recommended!

I have stayed here before and was impressed by the good service and comfort of the executive lounge. I stayed for four nights this time, and the staff were always smiling and friendly, and all the facilities were clean. On my last day, I was even allowed to use the shower after checking out, so I was able to feel refreshed before my flight. Thank you for making it a wonderful vacation!
