大部分的體驗是好的，周邊環境也很方便，就是有一天早上因為要開會需要提早出門來不及吃早餐，前一天有跟櫃檯說大概七點左右需要打包早餐，他說沒問題直接跟餐廳的說即可，結果隔天早上去餐廳打包的時候服務員百般刁難，一下子質疑我們沒跟櫃檯先告知，一下子說要跟廚房確認，態度很差，後來說只能拿麵包，我們一共四個人，一開始還有幫我們包，後面直接拿了三個小紙盒叫我朋友自己裝，而且臉色超難看，非常糟糕的體驗

第一次住呢間房又細又貴嘅酒店^_^ 入住第一晚外出回來4個鐘後都無冷氣 電話打左十五分鐘先有人聽 之後搵人上黎整一整又凍返 由於無買早餐，但照2大2小去幫襯餐廳食早餐 第一日個早餐價同第二日竟然唔一樣！！ 問佢地點解又講唔出，好喇～咁之後幾日就梗係唔再幫襯喇～ 住左6個晚上，早上打去前台問可唔可以俾我地late check out 至1300，點知竟然say no, 講真，我話有可能要late check out, 但唔一定！係討價還價後先答應可以late to 1230, 再隔幾分鐘又打黎話可以1300！頂丫；我11點未夠就check out 一對單嚇了一跳，酒店竟然擅自修改客人用餐賬單！！！ 酒店將我第一日個價錢改成第二日嘅價錢，咁都得？咁我簽單黎做乜？ 即時叫酒店俾返我第一日食早餐張單我check 酒店梗係拎唔出啦，搞左一輪之後，又改返個價 前前後後唔多錢，差700幾泰銖啫，但條氣唔順丫嚇！ 如果大家住呢間要好小心check單丫

四星期的飯店，但五星級的品質！

Nice hotel and close by both BST and train station. Hotel clean and quiet. People are helpful and smile every time. There have many shops around hotel. Dinnie, massage and a lot of fun at outside.

酒店区域常常大塞车

Newly opened hotel, friendly staff, It is conveniently located in the Asok area, almost midway between Asok and Phrom Pong BTS stations. There are massage shops and convenience stores nearby, and the hotel provides free tuk-tuks to Asok and Emporium.

新酒店房型細，不過餐飲，酒店員工都非常有禮

I stayed for 10 nights at this hotel. This hotel is well managed. The concierge staff is excellent. When I had two emergencies, the staff at the hotel took care of me promptly. The location is good also. In the middle of things, easy to walk the area, safe, lots of dinning opportunities. I would definitely stay at the Courtyard Marriott Bangkok again.

ホテルスタッフがとても親切&フレンドリーで、挨拶１つでも心地よく感じました。 朝食はビュッフェで種類が豊富で連泊でも楽しめます。 ホテルのレストランで夕食を食べましたが、 前菜+メイン+デザート+ドリンクを選ぶ形式でタイ料理もあり、パスタやピザなどもあり美味しかった。ただ複数人で利用すると、２日目で全て選びきってしまうので、もう少し種類があると良いなぁと思いました。 ホテルから歩いてエムスフィアに行くことができ、食事&ショッピングが楽しめました。 アソークまでも歩いて10分ぐらいでした 近くにセブンイレブンもあり、帰り空港までもタクシーで40分位だったので、立地は良いと思います。

スクインビットとアソーク両駅を使えるので移動が大変便利。ターミナル21もあるので足りないものを買い足すことも可能。駅からも近く、近くにレストラン、コンビニ、カフェが多くあるので良かった。帰りの空港までタクシーをお願いしたが、予定時間よりも早めに来てくれて、渋滞はあったものの時間が読めないほどの混雑ではなかったので安心できた。チェックイン時に1人1000バーツのデポジットが滞在最終日の戻されるので、両替した現金が結局最終日まで使えない。

Several food selection and close to many restaurants

The hotel staff are really professional, helpful and friendly. From the concierge team: Perm, Potae & Tae, to the F&B team, lead by Executive Chef Tor, they were always engaging and attentive. The breakfast spread was always presentable and appetizing. The location of the hotel: a 10-min walk in either direction on Sukhumvit Road takes you to the BTS or Metro. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The pool was underwhelmed. Plenty of affordable massage choices. Not many F&B choices around the area. The first impression of the lobby is good. The hotel is well-lit and the deco is not pretentious. Overall I will stay at the Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 again because of the staff, room and breakfast.

First day when showering found that the hair conditioner was not refilled and have informed recept to get it refilled when tomorrow house keeping. Second day when shower still find the hair conditioner not filled. Find that the housekeeping is not careful and the recept is not responsible for conveying message to house keeping.
